I am happy to stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. Cross the street, there is a very nice park. I am returning after 7 days.

The hotel is clean and all the staff members are very friendly. Next to the Daguan Park. Close to kunming old street and dianchi. Breakfast is great! My family really enjoyed the stay! Thank you!

The room is very spacious and clean. The location is right next to the Dianchi lake, the entrance to the lake is right opposite the hotel entrance. There is a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi within the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was nice! But there was some dripping noise. And we had to carry down the luggage ourselves due to no reply from reception. Everything else like service was really good though.

My first proper hotel in Kunming,(been staying in 民宿）, ge chance to take a break from my fast paced itinerary to Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri La. The reception staff is incredibly friendly and well trained, and taken great care of me, giving advise and arranging hotel provided tasty set-meals daily. The hotel have great amenities - a pool, hot spring, laundry washer/ dryer, is located at a quiet street, next to Daguan park, and my huge room comes with a balcony with plenty of sunlight, and nice view of the Dianchi and Daguan park. Hot water is readily available. Breakfast options are basic and have room for improvement. Overall, I am satisfied and will consider staying here next time.

We are very satisfied with their service! Probably one of the most friendly and well trained staffs in hospitality industry. Ms. Zhou has been offering us fantastic services throughout our stay! She'll answer all the questions, with clear instructions and attention points. she will give us not just information, but also her personal advice too! We left a few luggages at front desk while we travel to other city, and collect them again when we returned to Kun Ming to continue our trip. They have taken good care of them for us and saved us a lot of trouble to carry them while we traveled. It's a huge favor for us! The room is fresh without smoking smell which is superb for hotels in China. Clean bed sheets and nice hot spring pool makes our stay even nicer! We'll definitely book it again when we travel to Kun Ming again.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It was the best hotel so far we stayed in China and it really deserves it 5 stars. Also the staff members and especially the lady in the reception were really nice and took good care of us during the whole trip. We definitely recommend this hotel and will come back when we are in Kunming again!

Our room was immaculate clean and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the indoor pool and gym, were great. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options.The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful as they willing to go extra miles to help us (the foreigners) with our taobao parcels (i.e. contacting the sellers, chasing the logistic and even helped us to collect the parcel from the taobao station). They deserved this 5 stars hospitality and we will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we ever come to Kunming again! The buffet style breakfast was fantastic with variety of choices among all the hotels that we stayed in yunnan. They even offered us free lunch/dinner each day throughout our 3 nights stay! The hotel is very clean and it is located very strategically from the train/bus station, airport and also the tourist attraction (old street). We felt extra welcomed when the staffs brought us welcome fruits and upgraded our room to bathtub room. We really enjoyed the great hospitality by this hotel!
