We were here in 3 days. The room was clean, the staff is helpful. Thank you so much for helping us a lot when we need information. Breakfast were so delicious and various, I can eat every day. Hotel also has many Chinese traditional clothes that are free to try on. The driver Xu was friendly and took good care for us. One thing you can improve is the temperature inside the room, it should be warmer.

We only had a short stay (checked in at 7pm and left the room at 0330 to catch a flight home), but the hotel staff were very thoughtful (they initially told us we can grab some food to go for breakfast before the start time but unfortunately we needed to leave way too early). The room was clean and had a water purifier. There is a street near the hotel with great street food, two traditional bakeries and plenty of shops nearby. The only minor thing to note is that you will need to ask for some directions once you get off your cab ride from the main road to the hotel (short walk only but the hotel is location in the middle of 2 different streets, right beside a temple).

We met this nice and helpful front desk Miss Lee who came cycling in the cold to pick us up from the metro, got a cab and delivered us to the hotel. She even accompanied us the first night to Pedestrian street night market and made sure we knew our way back. Room was big, bed very comfy and breakfast was great! Environment was serene and yet very close to all amenities.

酒店真的太棒了，前台小姐姐服務超級熱情，原定的普通大床房，前台免費幫忙做了升級，酒店房間特別乾淨，房間還準備了一次的性的洗臉巾，前台還送了面膜。驚喜了一下，周邊吃的也很多，邊上就有一家燒烤店，很喜歡，下次還會在來的！

設施：齊全，房間衞生間和淋浴間是分開的，很人性化，洗澡水很大很熱，超級舒服。早餐很好吃，有牛奶咖啡，咖啡很香濃。
衞生：很乾凈，我們第二天續住了保潔大姐都會詢問是否需要打掃衞生。很貼心。
環境：酒店位置鬧中取靜，離南屏步行街1公里，有許多小吃可以選擇。
服務：前台小姐超級熱情，由於是下午的高鐵需要出去玩，不想帶着行李到處跑，告知前台後，前台小姐姐馬上幫我們寄存了行李，真的很貼心。

完美的入住體驗，超值的選擇，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，從房間的設施到服務我都很滿意，房間空間真的很大，前台還幫忙做了免升房型，床品很舒服乾淨整潔。酒店的設施也很齊全，有早餐和洗衣房，洗衣服很方便，酒店還有超級舒服的小院子，可以在下面喝喝茶，辦辦工，非常舒服涼爽。服務也熱情，不管遇到什麼問題都耐心的解答。周邊就是昆明老街 翠湖，有很多特色小吃，前台推薦的傣味餐廳真的很不錯，是一個非常理想的下榻之地。真的很喜歡這家酒店的風格，很安靜很放鬆。
