It's totally great to stay... hospitality extended by the in-charge Mr.Rajesh was amazing...premises around was wonderful on the core of Kumily town. Rooms are comfortable and neat especially for families and Kids to reside. very closer to reach to tiger reserve zone at Thekkady. Mr.Rajesh is a nice gentleman and takes care of every visitor as a known individual. His guides to make for an outing were useful indeed. certainly we would recommend to our families and friends to opt ” Woodside Residency” to stay.

El hotel es hermoso y agradable, pero cuando llegamos y se mostraron nuestras habitaciones, se funden muy vapor y el baño estaba lleno. Hablando con otros miembros de nuestro grupo, parecían tener mejores habitaciones, así que nos mostraron dos más antes de que nos alegramos de nuestra última elección. El hotel está muy bien, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero el hotel está muy bien. ¡Mantengan sus ventanas cerradas, uno de nuestros grupos estaba dormido y los monos entraron, la despertaron y la cagaron en su habitación. Felizmente ella estaba a salvo por los limpiadores. Creo que deberíamos haber sido advertidos de esto en la llegada!

We booked a room for two nights. Unfortunately it's nothing like what they have advertised. Don't be fooled by the name. It is literally in the middle of the town. Rooms: spacious & comfortable with a good view. But it looks old. Bathrooms: flush wasn't working multiple times. They fixed it though. Wifi: didn't get wifi 90% of the time. Food: decent breakfast and dinner. The dinner we had on the first night was horrible. In my opinion stick to the basics. Don't order anything fancy. Parking: decent parking space. Animal spotting: none. Overall experience: quite average.

The cleanliness of room was outstanding. The forest view of our room was mesmerising. The restaurant has a very poor/less menu list and very long waiting time to serve. Lift suddenly malfunctioned and stuck suddenly but was rectified in 2 days. Parking is very good for a hill station hotel. Swimming pool was clean. Overall if the lift and restaurant was good, i would give a 10/10 score.
