Cleanliness 🫧 4/5; - absolutely fine room, clean bathroom and bed linens, carpet has seen better days but not terrible! Location📍 5/5; - 5 min walk from train station and located next to loads of restaurants and malls! - We needed 24hr parking for our bike and it was super close and cheap Service 🛎️ 5/5; - Check in was self service but staff were super friendly and more than happy to help! Amenities ☕️ 5/5; - Really nice free toiletries and bits and bobs for the room available at front desk (face wash, lotion, face masks, coffee packs, razors etc) - lots of choice for buffet breakfast

Good value for money, location is good, self service checking area had staff at hand go assist. Hotel is very generous with help-yourself amenities from makeup remover, face mask to drip coffee bags. Room was comfortable and clean.

Very nice!! There are comb, mask, body lotion you can take. The room is large enough and very convenient.

I have been staying in Sotetsu group before, the experience is okay, but this one is excellent in all aspects. It is new, centralised location and good service. It is right in the center of the 2 big Dori, within walking distance to Kumamoto Castle, 7mins walk to Sakura MACHI bus terminal. Highly recommend. Will stay again if come next time.

No parking at the hotel, need to park at any 3 nearby but limited cars parking spaces. We park from 7pm to 9am about Yen$16000 weekday

Great location, closer to Kumamoto Castle, shopping and restaurants. Hotel is big and clean. The only concern is the car park , no nearby parking and very expensive. Always consult the hotel staff for a discount car park area , within 5 minutes walking distance.

Amazing new hotel located at the 下通 and near Sakura machi. Price is very very reasonable and spacious rooms with lots of amenities provided. Most reputable restaurants are nearby. Shopping is even better cos it’s located in the heart of Kumamoto City.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Just take the airport bus to Sakuragicho Terminal. The upper floor of the base is a large department store, which sells clothing, food, housing, international brands, local specialties, etc. It only takes 6-8 minutes to walk through the Shinmachi Street shopping street. To the hotel, you pass by various shops and restaurants. The hotel is newly built and has a simple style. The lobby is fresh and comfortable. The staff are very polite and you can check in by yourself. The customer floor is bright and clean. The room area is about 20 square meters. It is equipped with 2 chairs and a small dining table for easy shopping and eating back in the room. The room is fully equipped with daily supplies. The best thing is that the room has independent air conditioning with cooling/heating provided! We stayed for 5 nights and both of us said we were really satisfied and liked it. Hope to stay again in the future!

The place was super good!! very convenient to the shopping mall. just next to 7-11 and family mart. near to the castle. The hotel was clean and provided travel set. The room was clean. I can understand the room is small but enough for three people. will stay again if i come here.
