Accommodation is so not worth it : 1) The toilet water pipe is leaking & causing the entire floor wet. 2) Water pressure is too slow & the water is very small. Very uncomfortable to shower. Had to stay in the bathroom for a long time because the water was too small and the pressure was very slow. 3) Room cleanliness is very unsatisfactory. There are dirty marks & fine hair on the sheets, the pillowcases are also not very clean, smelly cushions, there is hair in the sink & bathroom floor. 4) The room smells bad & no room fragrance is placed in the room. 5) There is no mirror in the room. Had to use the mirror in the bathroom. 6) There is no trash bin in the bathroom. 7) Guests are required to throw their own trash outside (trash bin at the end of the apartment). 8) The host is very-very unfriendly.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Our kids especially loved the swimming pools, which were clean and well-maintained. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. facilities is in good condition & superb. no denial on that. the host however not very friendly to be frank. repeat with this host will be the last resort for me.

The property was spotless upon our arrival. It was clear that the host took cleanliness seriously, which added to our comfort during the stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the space was very much appreciated.

Very easy self check in thanks to host instructions. We really enjoy our stay here. Timurbay is very suitable for family, and if you prefer staying in than exploring Kuantan. This place is a bit far from the town (around 20 min) but everything is complete and nearby. Got many pools and direct access to the beach, got cafes and shops around. The room is also very comfortable and clean 👍🏻

Guys don’t choose this place to stay with peace mindset, everything & everywhere eating the money money more, I lost Rm133.35 for stay 1 day here, really worst experience ever and the staff all very rude… Aircon cheated no any colling only air… management really worst & service more then that… no any friendly service… please guys be aware don’t loose your money…
