Location was ok, we mainly used grab to get around so did not managed to try the metro. Wide Breakfast spread and the hotel has a gym

Place was very clean and the lobby smelled amazing. Efficient security too. Booked this place for our engagement trip. Informed the reception staff that we were here on our anniversary and they went the extra mile to help us set up the room nicely with towel decorations and a complimentary slice of cake. The cake was tasty. They even helped my fiancé with his proposal so that everything went smoothly. Helping to keep our proposal bouquet safely so that he could surprise me in our room. I will forever fondly remember this place as where my fiancé proposed, and if we come back to KL we will definitely stay here again.
Staff are helpful and efficient. When we needed an extra toilet roll, we simply called the reception and they sent someone up with our request within a couple of minutes.

Location is not too far from town , easy to access . It do has indoor car park which u need to pay. But I just park the roadside parking lot which just in front of the hotel and it is free. Room is nice, bed also comfortable, water pressure is good , they do have a lot of adapters place which I think it is very nice . The only things is the room soundproof is not good , u can listen room beside walking and housekeeping is a bit noise when they doing there cleaning . Overall it is good.

Dont have high expectation for this stay but suprisingly, the stay was gooood!!! 3 star hotel by Marriot. Dont have carpark / swimming pool but the existing facilities are top notch! Comfy pillow and mattress. Definitely will come again. Breakfast quite basic but really delicious!

You get what you pay for. The complicated location is not as expected. Parking in the hotel is unclear. I ended up parking at the private parking at the rear of the hotel which charged RM6 a day, so you'll get to pay RM12 uppon check out the next day. The hotel parking will cost RM15 a day. Not sure if they charge RM30 by next day.
Room amenities are limited. No hand soap available. Toilet design isn't clever. Addition drinking water is chargeable. The bed was too hard for a good rest.
Breakfast was below average. Coffee is awful.
Mecure will be the alternative within this price range. And they're offering better value and comfort.
