The hotel is very close to the Pavillion, the famous Damascus shawerma, a bar street area with many restaurants, too, and just about 50m from Raja Chulan Monorail station, room and bathroom are spacious and tidy and the management at the front desk very friendly and helpful e.g. with storing the luggage before and after checking in/out. Water heater is a bit outdated but worked well.
Only negative thing is the noise from the ventilation of the building next door. Fortunately it was switched of about 10:30pm , but also started early again next morning.

The location is good for restaurants,shops .It’s located in downtown area ( 10-15 minutes walk to the twin towers ) However, I didn’t like the service and the noise coming from outside .I had to wake up several times because the cleaners or whatever they are talk loudly in the morning (7 am) .I don’t recommend it

the people who work at the hotel have a hard time communicating with us because they don't understand English so we hardly understand each other. the distance of the appearance in the displayed ads compared to the reality of the rooms.

Never ever book this hotel. The worker on the counter neve try to listen. They always gives you false excuses. The problem with this hotel is that there are some rooms on road side and you wont be able to sleep at all because of loud noise on road.
For cleanliness there were some small bugs that caused me severe itching.
On the app its mentioned that no need of deposit but in person they charge 100 myr.
No one is on desk for 24/7 you have to make call and wait after 10 pm.
Attitude on peak.
Toiletries they only provide body wash and shampoo.
The pool pics they have given is someones else territory

On Friday night once in a while loud noise from car engines expected. The room n bathroom was clean. However when I look down the window in bathroom, there's a used condom n chocolate wrapper stuck between the window n the net. The wall is not thick n almost can hear every conversation, ppl go to toilet. No TV. My room got men smell. But that's just my sensitive nose. The price is cheap, clean n I sleep well.
