Gran estancia en el Westin KL, justo en el medio de Bukit Bintang, frente al exclusivo centro comercial Pavillion en KL. El hotel estaba limpio, el servicio fue fantástico. Foto tomada desde la habitación del hotel, ¡excelente vista de la ciudad!

Este es un hotel de 5 estrellas de primera categoría. Volveré la próxima vez. Me encanta alojarme en este hotel porque en la planta baja tenemos LV, Gucci, que frente al jotel está el centro comercial Pavillion. El estacionamiento debe pagar RM 6,00 por entrada. Me gusta el ambiente de este hotel, la recepcionista y todo el personal son muy amables.

Location was excellent right next to Pavilion Mall and within easy walking distance around Bkt Bintang area. Room was very well maintained despite it being an older property. Service from staff was good and attentive. Breakfast variety was a little disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Westin is always the family choice for our trip to kl.though the traffic at Bukit Bintang is very bad, the huge room and convenience to pavilion was helpful. This time we explore the local eateries behind Westin and went to the night market nearby. We arrived early at 11am and room was immediately available. As usual I always delivered my online purchase to the hotel and they keep it for me. Service with the Westin team is excellent. Room and bathroom is big. We pushed the sofa near the bed so that we can play board games at night or enjoy a movie in comfort. Room is big enough for another 2 more single bed.

This is my 3rd stay at Westin KL. For the 3rd time in 2 years service standards, quality, quantity and presentation of food never fail. All smiles around the hotel with friendly, helpful staff from the front office to the back of the house! Excellent location! Well done guys! Excellent hotel with excellent staff!

The room is big and clean. The frontline staff is very friendly and polite. The food is delicious and not so expensive. The bathroom with bathtub but shower area is small

Westin’s staff very friendly & warm welcome us. nice room with good view. Pavillion entrance just opposite. Breakfast was the best ever. Lots of variety foods.

Overall the room outside view is nice and near the shopping centre. The bar lounge at ground level is great.

Comfortable beds with good sleep and good view of road along pavilion infront.

Very good location nestled in between the upmarket pavilion mall and the famous imbi eating street. Hotel is a tad old though without fancy automated buttons but the prime location does do justice to the relative low pricing of the rooms.
