La ubicación es excelente. Justo enfrente del Pabellón. Las camas son cómodas y nos encantó el sofá. Desafortunadamente, el baño tenía un problema con las tuberías. Se inundaba muy rápido y el agua corría por el suelo. Aparte de este inconveniente, ¡todo lo demás fue perfecto!

Gran estancia en el Westin KL, justo en el medio de Bukit Bintang, frente al exclusivo centro comercial Pavillion en KL. El hotel estaba limpio, el servicio fue fantástico. Foto tomada desde la habitación del hotel, ¡excelente vista de la ciudad!

Este es un hotel de 5 estrellas de primera categoría. Volveré la próxima vez. Me encanta alojarme en este hotel porque en la planta baja tenemos LV, Gucci, que frente al jotel está el centro comercial Pavillion. El estacionamiento debe pagar RM 6,00 por entrada. Me gusta el ambiente de este hotel, la recepcionista y todo el personal son muy amables.

Had a wonderful anniversary stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur! ❤️ The hotel kindly arranged a beautiful cake and lovely room decorations for us, which made our celebration extra special. Thank you to the amazing team for the thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! ✨

Wonderful location just a stones throw from pavilion mall which is one of the best malls in Kuala Lumpur. Also within walking distance to imbi which houses plenty of food choices. But hotel is old, safe box and electric socket in room not working and although I notified the front desk nobody came to rectify the problem.

I did NOT enjoy my stay at all. With the Marathon Malaysia going on 29th August and all the roads closure. No prior email or notification given upfront to guest checking in. At least have a consideration to guests and the alternative route is not properly guided. At one point even the only alternative route which had to be shared with public is closed one time until I had to quarrel with the police as that is the only way to reach Westin. I know its beyond hotel’s control but Westin could have at least email or let guests know upfront so that we can plan our time ahead. I had only arrived at 11pm feeling tired stuck in traffic for 5 freaking hours. By the time I arrived, not even a welcoming gesture from concierge. I am not feeling welcomed as the receptionist did not say even a word of ‘Hi’ or Welcome that made me feel it is all worth it to stay there. As I only able to check in at 11pm and I was thinking maybe I could at least can rest a bit after breakfast so I requested a late checkout..but they only extend it till 1pm. And then I woke up from a nap at 12pm to get ready, use the iron but it made all the plug in the rooms tripped. Now I have to rush for checkout and yet their engineering and housekeeping took time to get the electricity working and change my iron. Bad experience and will never come back for Westin. What kind of 5 star hotel with this kind of service priced almost ~1K/night behaviour is this?

The location is closed to major malls such as pavilion and star hill. TRX mall is only 8 mins walking distance. Very safe and convenient. Newly open ombak KLCC is connected through linked bridge. Definitely will stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the bed was especially relaxing. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping, restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting KL! ❤️

Location is always good, opposite Pavilion where there are lots of restaurants. Got see mooncakes to However room service is BAD, i ran out of body soap half way thru a shower. Apparently the room service did not check.

The hotel is slightly dated and a renovation would b appreciated. But the location is good and the staff are all friendly.

Nice buffet spread with delicious roti prata and is near to all tourists attractions.

One of the best hotels in Kuala Lumpur! The location is unbeatable, just opposite Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Everything is within walking distance. The room was elegant and comfortable, the staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely enjoy my stay there and even i did request for birthday amenities and they able to deliver and decorate before i checked in as requested!

All very good. Only aircon 11pm-4am suddenly very hot can’t sleep. Because no airflow But after 4am until morning aircon become no problem is well. 5star hotel must give good room to us. Have problem room dun give us.
