Las vistas del lugar son increíbles eso hace que se te olvide todo el resto. Las habitaciones standard tienen baño compartido uno por piso que es bastante.molesto y no lo dice en la web. Llegar hay que ir con taxi o auto particular desde la estación de Lucerna. Es algo complicado a pie. Tenes que tomar un colectivo de la estación de Lucerna, luego un trencito de montaña y luego caminar bastante en subida con valijas imposible. El costo taxi 25 Francos de la estación Lucerna. El restaurante es muy gourmet exquisito todo pero bastante oneroso. Un plato de comida alrededor de los 30 francos. El desayuno si es una buena opción sale 15 francos y es muy abundante. Las habitaciones no son insonorizadas, escuchas a tus vecinos

- Excellent staff (especially Claudia) and location - Very nice rooms with mostly all facilities available - A bit far from the central station, but the walk from the hotel was nothing less than perfect - the only thing they could improve on is their breakfast offering

For starters the hotel has no means of transportation. Even for a well connected country like Swiss, this hotel doesn’t have a proper transport. If you do not own your own car, there is no public transport. Uber or any other cab is the only alternative.

The room was the tiniest room I have ever stayed at. No elevator, which is okay and expected at hotels in Europe. But the bedroom was so tiny I couldn’t open up a check in bag fully. The bathrooms were tiny.
The hotel has a restaurant with a good view and the ratings are all for the restaurant and not for the hotel - accommodation.
May be try the food but not a great place to stay.

We loved this stay. The room was large, clean with beautiful views. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt at home. We would wake up to the beautiful sound of cowbells in the hills. Hiking down to the bus stop was magical. If you don’t like to hike or walk, rent a car. We loved the hike. Felt more like locals. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very cosy and I felt there really good. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. When I arrived they showed me everything in the hotel and explain me the important thing. I totally recommend for solo travelers. The room and shared bathroom was kept tidy and cleaned. The breakfast was really delicious. The hotel location is also perfect. From the hotel you can walk around and you are everywhere close to the nature. For me it was very pleasant stay. Thank you for everything. And I hope I will come back again :)

Fantastic view from our upgrade room with view and outdoor patio at restaurant. Free parking with easy access to building. Downside is no elevator, so carrying luggage up flights of stairs was very challenging. No air conditioning in room, there was a portable fan, could benefit from a ceiling fan to distribute air better, windows had to be left open and thus invited mosquitoes indoors.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is upgraded and clean, secluded and quiet. It is adjacent to walking trails and overlooking Luzerne. The view is magnificent. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the hotel restaurant.
