It was a bit difficult to find the hotel since it doesn't have a nameboard in front of the first entrance. You should definitely call the hotel before you go there because you can't enter the building without going through the locked gate. I actually didn't contact the hotel beforehand and couldn't even find the entrance when I arrived. I made a call and the clerk kindly came in front of the building to find me and guided me to the reception. She was so kind and helpful.
The room was good enough for a single short stay too.

Lovely quaint place to stay, good sized rooms. Always warm and great wifi. Staff always keen to help. Do not expect the Hilton on a budget. Only a 5 min walk to Market Square. Very central location will deffo be back.

As a reasonably priced Guest House off Kraków’s main square we found our room to be basic but clean, warm and had everything we required for sleeping in. It was en suite and the shower was good with plenty of hot water throughout the day. The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful, friendly with very good English. Plenty of cafes in the vicinity for breakfast every morning and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Two negatives only - only one channel on TV and not in English, but this didn’t bother us, not on holiday for TV!! Also, walls were not sound proof and could hear people in the next room, on two nights. All in all a very good, value for money stay. Would definitely stay here again.

It is very old and small. Heater was not very hot but will not keep you freezing in the room. Amenities are very old.
My kids were excited to see the pictures that they have pool table they want to play, but we were told it is 8:00, people are resting so it is not open . But how loud could play pool table be? The second morning my husband and kid ask again, it was also not allowed. I asked for using washing machine, the answer is to wait until 11;00am the next day. Check out is 11:00am.
The water boiler is not very clean so we didn’t use it instead we bought cold water to drink.
We checked out before 9:00 the second morning。
It was just one night。

Guest house is situated in a small square with few bars and restaurants and 2 little supermarkets 2 minutes from.the main square ,guest house was clean though a little out dated wich added to its character 3 floors no lift so not for people with walking difficulties

The property was in a good location for the Christmas Market. However the look and feel of the reception area, stairway, and room was not maintained and very outdated. The towel heater was broken and the grout in the bathroom was grimy. Also there were some type of insects in the bathroom at night. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a quaint little guest house in the old town , it does not have a lift so no good to people with mobility problems , they supply towels and shower gel and there is tea and coffee in the room , there is a small fridge in the communal area, but nothing to cook on not even a microwave no plates etc, for a room only I did expect more facilities, my room was not in the main building but over looking a bar courtyard , this was very noisy in the evening, also someone started drilling early every morning, ideal as a base, quite dated but clean and reception staff friendly

Very old and very basic room. Big and clean but can be noisy as above outdoor restaurant. Very close to lots of restaurants and tourist spots.

The place was really cool. It was well hidden and off the road, beautiful scenery. It felt like I was stepping into Narnia every time I went back to my hotel room. The showers are so strong and I felt actually clean after using them.
