We were disappointed with the apar**ent as it didn’t have the amenities listed on the site ex: toaster, espresso machine and safe.
The beds were clean and good but the few towels they gave us were thin and stained. They didn’t supply any kitchen towels and had a used sponge at the sink.
When we asked for these missing items they just put us off.
The place was not clean and we noticed a lot of dirty areas.
The location was great so we certainly liked that part. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this particular apar**ent.

Ad said air conditioning and that is why I booked it and when I arrived there was no air conditioning so after a lot of back and forth we moved to the other otium building in the old town the next day with a room with air conditioning. This was very frustrating and inconvenient.
The original room in the building outside of the old town did not feel clean at all.. couch is covered in stains and felt gross to sit on… black mold spots in the bathroom… counters did not feel clean. Did not have the luxury feeling like it did in the advertisement.
The room in the building in the old town felt a bit cleaner.
The communication with the ad booking and staff could be better.
I would email them before staying to make sure your unit has air conditioning if that is important to you.

I don't recommend it. Pictures were provided when booking the room, but when we moved in it was a completely different, much worse apar**ent. The beds are uncomfortable, you sleep like on a rock. When we was making booking they asked to paid for parking, and later it turned out that there is no parking with them and we need to buy it again at the parking lot 600 meters away. They never returned the money for the parking which they don't have also later they do not respond to many sended letters.

After a difficult start, I finally managed to book and stay at Otium Luxury Apar**ents. I had paid a deposit for a stay before COVID and they could no longer find my original booking or deposit. After many, many tiresome emails, it was finally sorted. The apar**ent was large and clean, as expected. It was good to have tea, coffee and sugar to use immediately. Dishwasher tabs were left for the dishwasher. The apar**ent is centrally located and in a quiet street. There is no lift in the building and the three flights of stairs made us very fit! If you want hot water, make sure to turn the boiler hot water and heating dials to their maximum setting. A note suggesting to do this would be useful... Otium booked my taxi to and from the airport.

Perfect location, nice and quiet with both Biedronka and Zabka close by.
Easy instructions with very late check-in and communication was perfect.
Only very tiny things like napkins or bigger towels would be on the list of improvements. 😂

Excellent accommodation for the price. The apar**ent was spotless and bed was comfy. Only small negative would be the floor was rather creaky, but it is an old building so to be expected. Location was great, we walked everywhere but tram stops were also only a short walk away. Communication from the hosts was excellent and felt like if we needed to we could reach out for assistance (not that this was needed). Overall, the perfect spot for a first visit to Krakow at an incredible price.

We are furious, first oh all the entire building is under renovations and we were not informed, The entire hall is filled with construction materials, the stairs are extremely dusty and smell like mold, the apar**ent smells like paint and it’s unbreathable, the “view” was not existent because the windows are covered in plastic wrap.

Otium ligger veldig sentralt, med kort gange til gamlebyen.
Stille og rolig område. Renholdet var helt greit ved ankomst. Savnet skifte av håndduker.
