Hoteles cerca del Bawialnia, Cracovia

El hotel está muy bien, es limpio y moderno, pero la ubicación está tranquila y poco lejos de las marcas (me pareció que la calle está vacía, no hay tiendas de ppl n) aunque se llevó 15 minutos a pie para llegar a las atracciones, pero casi nada que puedas comprar allí. Así que si usted busca un hotel que r conveniente, no será la mejor opción, pero el coeficiente de coste-eficacia está bien en este £ en cuanto a la limpieza n diseño moderno.

El hotel dispone de un restaurante tanto interior como exterior. Está bien. Por la noche, mucha gente compraba cerveza y la bebían en el patio del hotel. Es muy interesante experimentar el sentimiento del vecindario. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el transporte, las tiendas y los restaurantes son muy convenientes, muy cerca de la ciudad vieja.

I am very disappointed to leave this review. This hotel should never be allowed to claim 5 stars. The whole experience was a let down. I understand that stars may differ in different countries but even still, this I'd a 3 star hotel at best. The staff were friendly, apart from one who had an attitude problem for some reason every time we spoke to her. They didn't ask if everything was OK and didn't check that we needed anything at all throughout our stay. The room only has one extremely soft weird shaped pillow per person, which might aswell not be there. The beds are comfortable, but all they are is two big singles pushed together. The carpets in the rooms are stained and wallpaper is starting to come off and worst of all for us, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes coming from the downstairs ****** is disgusting. Our room stank of cigarettes, so much so my clothes now smell of them. We are both none smokers. The bathroom had a sign on the toilet to say it had been disinfected. Yeah right. There was a hair on the toilet seat?. There was an empty bottle of vodka found behind the chair in the room which I stood on when drawing the curtains and there's a lot of noise from the road. Also, on a night there is a horrible humming noise which kept me awake. I do not expect any of this from a ”5 star” hotel. The tea and coffee in the room doesn't have milk? There is no bar apart from in the smokey ****** and the breakfast..... you get two eggs, then you can select from the table of warm yoghurts and warm meat, as it has literally been left under the heater. None of it tasted fresh and everything is at room temperature. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nice people, it isn't their fault as there just following instructions from their managers. I get that it is meant to have a old house theme, but this doesn't excuse horribly stained carpets in the rooms and the constant smell of cigarettes. We didn't see any other guests apart from locals and I find it strange why there are so little reviews on TripAdvisor as of recent. It is 20 minutes from the city centre, however a bolt taxi only costs around £5. My overall opinion is if you want a 5 star hotel. Pay a little extra and get a 5 star. This is NOT what you want when booking 5 star.

El hotel está muy bien situado de los edificios principales de Cracovia, barrio judío , barbacana castillo, las habitaciones no son grandes , pero son cómodas y las camas y almohadas son muy confortables La recepción son muy amables y la limpieza es muy buena Transporte , está enfrente de la estación central y boca del tran Hay una galería comercial enfrente del hotel El único pero , no hablaba nadie español , pero con el traductor de Google se puede uno apañar

El Art & Garden Residence es un hotel hermosamente restaurado que combina piezas de arte eclecticas y muebles de estilo IKEA con un estilo inteligente y con un estilo de estilo que crea un hotel boutique verdaderamente único. El jardín que está detrás de la propiedad está bien mantenido y un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar de un café de la mañana o un desayuno si el restaurante interior está lleno. A pocos pasos del punto más norte de la antigua ciudad, encontramos este lugar muy remoto del negocio de la zona turística principal. Reservamos una habitación doble con aire acondicionado a través del British Airways Executive Club utilizando los puntos de Avios que recogimos durante nuestros viajes recientes y la información de la habitación se reflejó en nuestro recibo de reserva. Desafortunadamente, descubrimos que hay una diferencia entre la descripción de las instalaciones del sitio de reserva de terceros y lo que realmente se ofrece en el hotel. Llegamos temprano por la tarde, dejamos nuestros bolsillos en la habitación y dejamos por la noche, retomar después de las 11:00 para descubrir que nuestra “ cama doble” era en realidad dos camas únicas de diferentes alturas y dos duvets únicos que habían sido empujados juntos, No había ningún aire acondicionado en la habitación, sólo un aire de altura de la pared sin controles Como era tarde, decidimos dejarlo hasta la mañana para hablar con recepción. Antes de salir por una visita a Auschwitz a principios de la mañana siguiente, le pregunté a la chica en recepción si todas sus camas dobles estaban construidas de dos solteros empujados juntos, ella aconsejaba que no, Así que expliqué nuestra experiencia y pregunté si podíamos movernos a una habitación con cama doble en el que el portador de noche masculino se ahogó rudemente de forma incómoda y dijo: «¿Tienes una cama doble, qué problema? ’ Very taken aback by his unprofessional response, I explained that we didn't have a double bed we had two uncomfortable singles which considering we hadn't booked a twin room we’d appreciate being moved into a double for the remaining two nights of our La noche del portón continuó con la ruina y la tintura hasta que le dije que nos iríamos a un viaje y volveremos a la tarde temprana y esperaríamos volver a una resolución, así como a un fan, La habitación era una caja de sudor, pero la habitación era una caja de sudor, y luego volvimos a una disculpa de la joven recepcionista y la llave para una nueva habitación con cama doble y un ventilador portátile. El desayuno es excelente, bien presentado, con buena calidad de comida y una gran selección, mi único negativo sería la falta de elección de café con sólo el filtro prefabricado de café de un gran estilo cantina urna. Las habitaciones están bien presentadas, las habitaciones son inmaculadamente limpias, la ducha es caliente y poderosa y las toallas son suficientes. No se ha producido ninguna renovación de los servicios de la habitación (tazas de té/cafetería, etc.) aparentemente esto sólo está disponible a petición debido

El hotel está bien almacenado con vodka polaca y en general nos hemos disfrutado de un buen tiempo y sería muy agradable quedarse allí otra vez.

We arrived very early in Krakow & were able to leave our bags 1st thing in the morning to go & explore. Location very close to old town & a comfortable 5/10 mins walk. Our 1st night was not great due to other guests making a lot of noise. We mentioned this in the morning & were lucky enough to be moved to a different room which was perfect 😊the breakfast was lovely & varied & I was over the moon to have a Greek salad one morning! It maybe a good idea to label a couple of the dishes that are not familiar to the British, as I like to try different foods but came unstuck with one of the items which was very fishy! Maybe my own fault for trying 🙃

One of the worst hotels. The rooms are so warm and they are set to a temprature so individual rooms cant be changed. The rooms are set to 26 degrees, which is far too warm. When i asked the receptionist if the temp could be turned down they said not until next spring. The only advice was to open the windows. If you do open the windows its extremely noisy. There is a ten lane road outside of the window, including a team like that runs through the night. Beds are rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. Stayed two nights and got less than maybe twenty minutes sleep. On the second night the receptionist was fast asleep on the desk amd it took me about two hours to get his attention. When i asked if it was possible to maybe move to a room overlooking the carpark so theres be less traffic noise to open the window he was very dismissive and said they had our money and not his fault. In the end i just had to stay up all night and went and sat in the lobby.

No podía encontrar un mejor lugar para mi grupo. Nuestro viaje comenzó a partir de la fiesta de medianoche /fabulous . Hotel Lavender como nombre sugiere que tenía un toque de estilo de lavender, a sólo 10 minutos a pie de la plaza de mercado de Krakow, delicioso desayuno. El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy cerca de la ciudad. El desayuno fue servido con un sonrisa por un hombre muy amable 😁 Estamos despejados de Paulina que junto al resto del personal fue muy amable. Mi grupo y yo no podíamos agradecerte lo suficiente. ¡Estaremos de vuelta!

Excepcional! Desde a simpatia dos funcionários e a disponibilidade para ajudar a organizar a vista pela cidade, até às óptimas instalações e passando pelo serviço de restaurante e bar. A repetir numa próxima vista à cidade, quer em turismo quer em trabalho.
