Good location for food and shopping 🛒 🥑. Night market falls in Friday and Saturday night where you can find assortment of foods. Sunday you have the Sunday market in the morning till noon. Couple of banks are located with the vicinity of this hotel. The rooms is ok for the price which I cannot comment cos it's in the center of the city. Water from the shower head is not so strong. Overall for one or two nights should be good enough to do whatever to meet your objectives.

Great location, located in the heart of Kota kinabalu. Comfortable bed and good view from the window. Food is everywhere. Good place for family trip

Overall the hotel room is ok, worth for what you pay for it. Just that the bed are really too soft, & when on the shower, the bathroom light will blinks all the time. I thing the electrik current wiring is not enough to support the water heater & light bulb at the same time. Easy to find food around ***a street 😊

To me it is under rated hotel. Look decent from outside but not inside. Everything was ok from receptionist until the room. Except for car park..since the hotel is really in the heart of KK so you dont expect to easily get parking and also you need to extra careful on you car and belongings.

Book it 3 days before stay. Get it with such a good price. Very reasonable. But no private parking. Just park car anywhere with parking coupon.
