Location very convenient, very clean and tidy except the liking pipe at the shower area need to fix it.other than that everything was excellent.

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay . just bear in my mind this homestay doesnt come with free parking access and the price for parking is quite expensive

Near with the airport, all facilities function, good services and clean room. Recommend for stay

The room is very clean and tidy. When you open the door, there is a fragrant smell. Overall, it is very comfortable. My family and I really like it. Best place.

WiFi is bad. The fridge is full of ice, can't put my fish. I am so disappointed with the whole thing. I don't want to add pictures here so I don't need to say everything but I am totally out of word. Never want to book this place anymore

Nice Airbnb in Kota Kinabalu, walk to the suria Sabah shopping mall with just 5mins walking time. Abit small the Airbnb room, small group coming here will be suitable.

So many things to improve.. very frustrating check in process. I called the owner to ask about the check in process since there are no front desks. The owner asked me to whatsapp, which she then passed my number to her staffs, “Person In Charge”. And when i asked about check in’s.. she asked me to fill my details and stuff, not answering my questions about check in’s. So after filling the form they asked to pay for a security deposit RM100 via online transfer. NO NO CASH YA. Only then will they tell me the check in instructions. Took about 30++ minutes for the instructions to be given. Then you have to get the key in the mailbox on the 32nd floor. Get down again to park your car inside the building. The lift access card does not allow us to use the lobby lift. We ended up using lift BOMBA the whole time. Just SAD. Parking tickets costs RM15 per day. furnishing just basic stuff, bed, fridge, tv. No rice cookers, just a small pot and a medium sized pan for cooking. Dining chairs 2 only, and a bench sofa in the living room. Got iron and ironing board. For check outs, gotta put the key back in the mailbox. The deposit will Be refunded within 24 hours. But ours was transferred at about 9pm the same day we checked out. Overall, not a good experience.

Overall good
