We had an excellent stay at Esperides. George is a wonderful host who happily shared his local knowledge and ensured we felt safe and happy. We were able to self cater using the nearby grocery stay as well as go to some delicious restaurants nearby. My only suggestion would be to provide some extra kitchenware like small saucepans and storage containers. Thanks George for a great stay.

Had a great stay at Esperides. Excellent communication from George as we had a late arrival which was no issue. George and staff super friendly and knowledgeable. Apartment was great, very clean, AC was excellent and great balcony for drying beachwear and towels. Fridge was ideal too and kept water very cold. Location was great, short walk to the waterfront, the harbour and to busses if going out further. Pool and loungers were great too.

I would like to start by mentioning that this is a real pet friendly hotel and the owner from the first time made sure tha we and our dogs we will experience the best holidays.Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. It's 7mins by walking from the town centre,many grocery stores around, 3mins away from the beach.The room was really nice with a small kitchen fully equipped,which was super useful. We will definitely come back again!

Stayed last week of June with my family (4 adults) and had a great time in Kos! Very nice and clean 2-bedroom appartment with spectacular views of the Kos mountains, quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk from the sea.. nice private balcony.. 3 minute walk from big Grocery store 'Kritikos'... really enjoyed our stay.. Staff very friendly, George the owner and his aunt very helpful and nice people.. will be booking there again next time we visit Kos!

Quick stop in between flights, amazing host, great location nothing to fault. Rooms good size, very clean and bar well stocked. If you want something just outside town but walking distance to harbour then you cannot go wrong here.... Amazing, amazing amazing

We’ve had a very pleasant stay, the owner George is very friendly, it is situated in a quite area in a Greek neighborhood, the 2 cleaning ladies are very hard working ladies and ever so friendly, they keep Esperides very clean. We have been here before and can recommend it. W’ll certainly go back as we find Kos a great place to go to.

A fantastic experience with the most hospitable hosts. The apartment is situated central to Kos town, and was local to many amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and the Kos marina. Although only a short stay, both George and Jolene were beyond kind and consistently friendly throughout our stay. They were always willing to offer recommendations and ideas to better our visit; as well as helping a predicament we had even after we’d checked out. Definitely a family friendly, clean and safe apartment with all our basic needs very well catered for. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Esperides Apartments to anyone wanting to visit Kos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wij zijn net terug van n weekje Esperides. Geweldige vakantie gehad,mede door het goede app .Groot,goede bedden,elke dag schone handdoeken als je wenst, Rustig .en in deze tijd bezet door oudere koppels .Eigenaar heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam .Schoonmaak elke dag .top. Ligging:bakkery op de hoek.ook supermarkt Fietsverhuur op 100 meter.kosstad op fietsafstand Wij komen hier zeker terug als we weer naar kos komen .

Kleinschalig complex in woonwijk. Bijna alle gasten komen hier al min. 15 jaar. Vaak meerdere keren per jaar. Personeel en eigenaar (George! zijn superlief en oprecht. Áltijd vriendelijk en je bent zeker geen nummertje hier. Fijn drankje het terras voor de ingang, super hygiënische kamers. Iedere dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Om de dag nieuw beddengoed.
