Un hotel que en principio cuando llegamos nos pareció alejado de dubrovnik, pero si vas con coche es buena elección ya que en la ciudad es difícil y caro aparcar. Hotel pequeño y acogedor te informan de los autobuses al centro, desayuno bien sin excesos pero calidad y bastante limpio sin lugar a dudas recomendable.

Ubicación excelente. 5 minutos en coche. Servicio de autobús público a 2 minutos, cosa que recomiendo, los aparcamientos de la ciudad son de 10€/h una salvajada. Aunque no se tenga coche, se tarda en bus 15 min y nos dijeron que hasta bien entrada la noche, con frecuencia de 15 min. Esto permite que el precio del hotel sea muy económico en comparación de tooooodas la oferta de la ciudad que es carísima. La ubicación preciosa en el canal. El hotel pequeñito tipo familiar. Renovado y muy limpio. Personal muy atento. Desayuno bueno. Aparcamiento disponible en la calle. Si regresamos seguro elegiré este hotel.

A nice hotel in a quiet location. Stunning views of the river. Ideal to stay if you don’t want to be in the centre of Dubrovnik. Rooms were spotless and just right. Only ate here once as not much on menu, this might be because it’s the beginning of the season. Breakfast was okay. A couple of friendly members of staff. 5 minutes from the bus stop and supermarket. Nothing else to do around the location so was quite remote. We had a good stay but wouldn’t stay again

WONDERFUL staff. Located on river. away from the hustle & bustle of Old Town Dubrovnik, yet close enough. Food at Restaurant FANTASTIC.. Short bus ride. View is AMAZING!! Felt like being Home. Thanks to the staff. Love the food area and view was breathtaking

The receptionist was willing to help me find information on many details: public transportation, uber, food, and some Croatian words. I enjoyed the dinners there twice during my stay. I especially liked the a**osphere of the outside sitting by the water and I love the "grilled veal cutlet" at a fairly good price.

Chose the property for basically a sleep stop for a morning flight out of Split. Wish I'd shown up earlier for the lively and cozy dinner/pub scene along the waterfront. Elevator=nice if you've spent the last week dragging a heavy bag up and down stairs everywhere else. Bad: Google maps navigation won't get you headed the right direction the first time. Free parking is street parking or the lot across the square, FYI. Cute and friendly place, very comfortable.

Perfect base to explore the area. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and adjacent to a river . We were in tripe rooms at the top which were spacious and immaculately clean with safe, fridge and lots of storage space. The owner was so helpful with local advice and booked us on a wonderful all day boat trip which was the hilight of our holiday. Easy to reach Dubrovnik via the local bus which drops off at the main gate in the city walls and runs regular and late into the night. If you have time also explore Komolac itself, we walked up to the church on the hill and the marina down from the hotel , again the owner was happy to advise and gave us clear instructions how to find the trails. It was lovely to escape from the crowds in Dubrovnik after a day exploring and return to the peace and tranquility of the Vimbula. Highly recommend.
