My Year Apart-Hotel is a four-story apartment complex with its own small but stylish territory: landscape design, interior pond, playground. On the territory of the complex there are 2 pavilions, a barbecue grill, a swimming pool, a sauna, billiards - everything for the pleasure and relaxation of guests.
More than 20 species of plants grow in our park. These are apple trees, pears, red and black currants, grapes, gooseberries, ornamental blue spruces and arborvitae, as well as a huge variety of shrubs and flowers. Enjoy a pleasant stay and exquisite Russian nature.
The general fund consists of 10 spacious bright rooms of a studio layout.
The European-style rooms are equipped with a wardrobe panel for clothes, air conditioning, a luggage cabinet, a flat-screen cable TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower, a hairdryer, slippers, a set of towels and universal toiletries.
Video-surveilled parking is available on site. It offers free Wi-Fi, room service, personal safe, taxi call, children's playground.

Very warm and cosy family ran hotel. High quality amenities well maintained. You will feel like home there! This hotel has a lovely garden to have your morning coffee in and a swimming pool if you’re coming with small children - an absolute must. A shorty drive to Kolomna town Center means you are close to the action but away from the noise. Lovely stay, thank you very much!

We had a short family trip to Kolomna beginning of May. We picked this hotel as it was close to the historical centre. The hotel is very neat, clean, the service was good and the food is great. Many thanks!

Добрый день. Ждали друзей из Санкт-Петербурга. Обычно размещаем их в гостинице Коломна, но 27.01.2024 мест не было нигде. По отзывам остановились на этом отеле, там был последний номер. Забронировали...изначально смутило, что нужно оплатить номер и деньги, не возвращаются, даже если что-то не понравится. Приехали...на входе стойкий запах еды, как в столовой. Для того, чтобы пройти в номер попросили надеть бахилы. По телефону обсуждали, что это единственный номер, который имеет отдельный вход с улицы. Когда приехали выяснилось, что замок на вход не работает, только на выход, по телефону об этом ни слова. Развернулись и уехали, благо в другой гостинице по счастью освободился номер. Потом несколько раз звонили, спрашивали когда мы приедем. Не исключаю, что в наш оплаченный номер поселили кого-то еще. Категорически не рекомендую!

В целом, очень не плохо, но есть один огромный минус, который все перекрывает. Какого черта, к нам приходили хозяева этого номера 2 раза без предупреждения и без стука в дверь???? Это было очень не приятно, если мы сняли у вас апартаменты, мы рассчитываем, что нас ни кто не будет беспокоить, но нет блин... Первый день, сижу в трусах, на кухне работаю за буком , открывается входная дверь, я прям опешил... Какая то женщина увидела меня и сразу закрыла дверь, пошёл разбираться в чем дело. Открываю дверь стоят красавцы, мужик и женщина, заявляют мне, что они хозяева этих апартаментов(ну да ключи у них есть) и им нужно, что то проверить на газовом оборудовании. Ну ок проверяйте. Быстро чёт подкрутил мужик и ушли. Следующий день, мы спим, время где то 9-10 часов утра. Врывается этот мужик, не разулся, забежал на кухню, что то снова подкрутил и убежал. ЭТО НОРМАЛЬНО??? (а если я голый хожу, болтом веляю или мы занимаемся любовными утехами, ) Ни кто не звонил, не предупреждал и не стучал. Если вы хотите провести выходные и чтобы вас вот так не дёргали, рекомендую искать другое место.
