Todos los aspectos son buenos, pero el tipo de desayuno es un poco menor. En general está satisfecho. ¡Todo el personal es muy acogedor! No importa cuándo llegues al hotel, te lo entregarán en la habitación. Hay dos áreas de piscina, ambas son agradables. Pero me olvidé de tomar una foto de la piscina de arriba, es más pequeña y no muy profunda, ¡es adecuada para que los jóvenes posen para fotografías!

El personal es muy agradable, gracias a Getty en la recepción y a Tony de uniforme azul por su útil ayuda. El hotel es pequeño y hermoso, las habitaciones son privadas y puedes pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. La arena de la playa es áspera y las olas grandes, se recomienda agregar fotos de comida al menú.

Permítanme hablar primero de las ventajas: hay pocos invitados, hay una playa privada, el ambiente es tranquilo, la tabla de mariscos en el restaurante para cenar es deliciosa y no es cara, y el personal es muy amable. Desventajas: No hay tiendas ni restaurantes en los 2 kilómetros de los alrededores, y tomar un taxi hasta Jaman Beach de ida cuesta 450 baht, lo cual es muy inconveniente. Las olas de la playa son demasiado grandes para nadar en el mar. El saneamiento más insoportable. Llegué la primera noche y me dieron una habitación contigua. El piso estaba lleno de basura pequeña y los rincones llenos de polvo. Parecía que hacía mucho tiempo que nadie vivía allí. No puedo dormir. Aunque las condiciones en la isla son limitadas, un saneamiento tan deficiente es completamente inaceptable. Cambié de habitación al día siguiente y estaba mucho mejor. Estaba muy enojado. He estado en Tailandia cuatro o cinco veces. Sé cómo es la evaluación de Provinieron 4,7 puntos. Reservé cinco noches y solo me quedé dos noches, no pude soportarlo. Solo es apto para personas que se hospedan en hoteles, si quieres dar vueltas no es recomendable vivir, es demasiado inconveniente.

Entre Ritz Carlton y Kimpton el precio es mucho más económico y la experiencia es buena.

El personal es muy amable y educado. El gerente de Alemania recibe personalmente a los huéspedes todos los días. El ambiente es hermoso. El desayuno no es demasiado abundante pero sí delicioso. Pero la ubicación es un poco remota, será muy incómodo entrar y salir si no conduce solo. Además, la limpieza no es muy cuidadosa, se puede reforzar.

We've stayed at many resort hotels in Thailand, and we had really disappointing experience with this one that we planned to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is located halfway up a hillside with pretty much nothing around, and they promote doing nothing and just enjoying the hotel, which was our plan. When we checked into the room, we tried to lay on the sofa and found that the sofa and cushions smelled really bad, like some disgusting sweaty smell. We informed the reception about it, and they said they would fix it. So, we decided to go to the beach, but the sand was rocky, making it impossible to walk on, and the sea was very wavy too. We then moved to the swimming pool to try and enjoy ourselves, but the staff started washing the floor with a very noisy machine right around the pool. With no usable sofa, walkable beach, or swimming pool we could enjoy ourselves, we went out for dinner and hoped to at least have a hot bath when we returned. When we got back, we discovered that staff had taken away the cushion that smelled the most disgusting, maybe changed the cushion covers, but the sofa itself still smelled bad. We couldn't sit on it without putting fresh towels on it. It was already quite late, and my husband took a shower, but when it was my turn, there was no hot water. So, we couldn't have the hot bath we were looking forward to. The hot tub was actually one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The hotel said they would send an engineer to check, but it was late, and we really didn't want to spent our holiday to keep fixing problems. Another day, while we wanted to get some milk from the fridge for coffee, we found that the milk had already been opened by the previous guest. We informed the manager at the front desk again about the smelly sofa, and she responded that they had already changed the cushion covers. Alright then. Guess that’s the best they could do? There were other issues as well, such as calling for the buggy and them forgetting our order, so we ended up waiting for 15 minutes in the dark at the hotel entrance. We were accidentally locked out on the balcony just by sliding the door closed (housekeeping said the lock had a problem and easily dropped down to lock the door). The phone in the room wasn't working. The fragrance in the room was too strong and gave us headaches. The hairdryer was very weak, and there was no speaker in the room, etc. Our stay was frustrating, and we couldn't enjoy the hotel even a tiny bit. Anniversary celebration was ruined. We thought we could trust the standards of a Banyan Tree hotel.

We stayed at the Garrya Tongsai for 4 nights as part of a relaxation trip. The property is located along a hill with most room balconies facing towards the sea. The property has a good green cover and provides amazing views of the bay. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Things that were a bit disappointing for the property. The private beach is just pebbles and no sand. During our entire stay, we went to the resort beach only on the first day. Rest of the time, we went outside to the nearby Choengmon beach which is nice and quiet with a sandy beach and great to swim. Also, the pools feel a bit dated compared to other resorts. The rooms were ok but felt slightly small. Not the fanciest but acceptable. Also, the tub is placed on the balcony and fully visible from the pool. Not a big problem, but please keep in mind. We told the staff and after a bit back and forth, they put up a screen to give some privacy. The breakfast, we felt had limited options and the spread did not change much during our stay. The options, especially the local Thai food was lacking any spice or flavour. Also, the fresh fruit lacked much flavours - maybe due to seasonal variations. However, the staff was very friendly and cared for us well. Also, one thing to consider - the property is located on a hill and getting around requires buggies which hotel staff are happily able to provide. However, we felt that it prevented us from being too independent. Also, we had rented a car and the parking is a bit far away. We spent most of the time outside the property as we did not feel that our needs were met by the resort and had to depend On going outside for beach, food etc. Please note that we had already stayed elsewhere for the first half and had hoped for a resort vacation during the final 4 nights which we did not get. A bit disappointed overall.

Me and my brother visit there once and it still remarkable the view is insane, I booked Beachfront Suite Seaview Double Room stay with my brother. what I really like there is the bathtub with sea view that's the gimmick right there tho. Room service are nice, gym's equipment are nice and they got sea view in that room too. Everything is perfect from front to back. Go there, Samui is waiting. Be there or be square B)

Wry nice hotel with great food, service, beach and ocean view

除了風大又下大雨入住當天的海灘不能游泳以外，酒店堪稱完美。酒店前台的thunder超級熱情的接待我們，每一個工作人員都超級nice。而且酒店有很多免費的活動可以參與～ 因為白天天氣不好水上運動被叫停，但還是享受了網球和nature walk，view point景色值得起大早～ 在爬到view point的路上酒店的guide告訴我們因為疫情期間疏於管理有75間房間需要重新翻修，所以現在客人超級少。及時是春節蘇梅爆滿的情況下，也能在這裏找到一片寧靜～ 晚餐fishtale的餐廳超級、超級、超級好吃！因為是我們的週年紀念，還佈置了客房，第二天早餐還送了可愛的甜品。

首先好的點是：酒店風景很美，很安靜，服務熱情！泡酒店很舒服。不好的點：早餐種類相比這個價錢比較少。我們一月底去的，酒店私人沙灘浪特別大！嚇人的大。周邊什麼也沒有，蘇梅島打車很貴，不過走500米有租摩託車的，出於安全考慮我們沒有租。酒店吃飯不算便宜。也沒有什麼孩子能玩兒的。很認真的寫評論，供參考。
