Amazing beach location, has a nice restaurant too. The rooms are not definitely not 4 star, and need attention. They also have a strange smell in them - but are clean. You only get 1 key, so you can’t leave the air con or fridge in your room on - which is a nightmare in 30+ degrees. The pool is a decent size. They have some facilities for children, but I wouldn’t recommend for toddlers & under due to the steps down to the beach & the road that connects hotel to pool & beach. Lots of mosquitoes & other insects in this location too, so be prepared with sprays, lotions & the need to keep windows & doors shut at all times.

This property has the most beautiful location directly on the beach. The view in the morning is breathtaking! You will need a motorbike - the area is not super walkable beyond a couple massage places and a 7/11.

Beautiful resort in an amazing quiet location. Right on the beach with some of the most beautiful views I've seen in Koh Samui. Service was top-notch. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would come back just to see the amazing women who run the front desk!

This resort has everything you need to make a perfect vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They will do their best to make you feel good, so you can just focus on having a good time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the towels and bedlinen can be refreshed every day (upon request) and are also very clean. The open restaurant with beachview is very good, for both Thai food or Western dishes. The beach is beautiful and not so busy as other beaches i've seen in Thailand. Perfect spot to relax and forget about all the stress you endure during the year.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. You can ask for anything and they will do their utmost best to help you. The location is very nice, good restaurant with a beautiful beach view, lovely private beach. There is also a spa but the prices are rather high in comparison with the thousands of massage salons on the Island The room with jacuzzi was nice. Good bathroom with open air shower. The cleaning was ok, altough not exactly up to European standards since they don't use the cleaning detergents used in Europe. So you can see some stained parts on the bathroom sink, behind the toilet bowl and on the shower wall. The bedding sheets and towels were very clean and replaced when you ask for it. The Wifi in the room was just sufficient, could be a lot better. The surroundings of the resort are a bit less attractive, the road to the village is partly a dirtroad with a lot of potholes. Also its a long walk to the village and there is no shuttle from the resort to the village.

We had booked this hotel for a special occassion and were hoping for a good experience. Unfortunately the service was not good especially at the beachside bar and restaurant. We had an issue at the bar and wanted to talk to the manager but he/she refused to address it appropriately or meet us in person. This experience left a very bad taste in our mouth!
