對國人不友好。餐廳的一個年紀很大的女服務員，在早餐時要小費，沒給她，就抱怨。另外沙灘的椅子還要收費。

Today I left Thailand where we stayed at Mac Resort Hotel Koh Chang, when I left I accidentally left my bag with my diamond ring, money and bank card. The hotel have found this for me and are keeping it safe until I can collect in 3 weeks. I am so grateful thanks Mac Resort Ko Chang. Thankful for honesty.

We had a very good seaview room and the whole beach area near resort was very nice. Bed in room was comfortable and breakfast was ok.
Only negative was animals in toilet and a little noisy air conditioning.

The resort complex is very tired, in need of an uplift the shower was diabolica. Staff and resort location 10/10 , the price is excellent, good clean bed and linen. Overall rating medium to good . The resort is placed well for daytime beach and night time beach activities.

I am referring to their Beach bar...such edible array of foods, I had their basic chicken burger with salad n fries and my Thai partner had some of the the freshest n spicy seafood around. My small bottle( small important cos many aces will only serve you a large...) Was cold n served with with a cooler. So hard to find a place with a constant sea breeze, especially in humidity riddled Bangkok n surrounds. So noticeable even from just across the bay in Trat. Yesterday in Trat was 39c n the app said felt like 47c....!? This beach bar was a pleasant 32c with the breeze.worth trying if you are on Koh Chang.

A very nice place to chill out the evening! Beach bar is awesome and the staff super friendly .. smily .. easy going ! You can enjoy a fire show too.. eat on the beach for affordable prices some delicious seafood or fishes .. really a place we would recommend !

Tourism has certainly picked up since my last visit last year. I made table reservations for my small group for dinner at the Mac beach bar. At night you have the choice of tables undercover or on the beach. We dined undercover. Service was good. Everyone enjoyed their food at reasonable island prices. Entertainment was provided by way of a fire show and a live music band next door at Sabay beach bar. Good dining experience overall.

Ordered a chicken stir fried ginger and shrimp fish cakes. After ten minutes we were informed that the fish cakes were not available - my partner loves these which is why we came in! However, we ordered something else and the food was ok. The location at the beach front was great and we enjoyed the fire entertainers on the waters edge. When we got the bill we were charged for the fish cakes - pointed this out and left without giving a tip!
