Hotel staff were quick to respond over email regarding my request for an additional bed in the spacious room. Our go-to hotel whenever we visit Kluang for hikes!
Not 100% cleanliness and amenities but good enough for 1-2nights of stay.

Bed is really comfortable, with many amenities like comb and toothbrush with toothpaste. My room comes with a fridge, a bathtub, and a super big balcony. Air-conditioning works really well. Services from the staff are excellent. The hotel is only rated 3.5 stars but I would like to award the hotel with 4 stars!

The room is hugh. The bathtub looks a bit dirty. The location is good. Near to many eateries, place of attraction and walking distance to the railway station. Will deff stay here again. Hope the bathroom will be more “clean up”

👍Spacious room.
👍The amenities was good.
👍The aircond was cold and well-function.
👍There was an iron in the room.
👍Easy parking and got smooth check in and check out.
👍The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in giving hotel information towards the customers.
👎The pillow was smell and too soft for me.
👎The spacious and cleanliness for the bathroom just so-so only.
Hopefully, the staff can make an improvement in the future.
Overall, i recommended to others if you want to stay here for short vacation in kluang. 😊
