The Palms Apartments

Arrived early, but staff were happy to accommodate us and let us check in. Apartment was recently renovated, clean, and very comfortable. It was set up to our requested bedding configuration of 4 single beds. We had everything we needed to cook in the apartment, which was handy for breakfast. Everything worked as it should, including wifi, smart tv and air conditioning / heating. Our outlook was straight to another building, so no views at all. Was charged a $6 eftpos fee when paying. The apartment was only 2kms from our event, but not in a very walkable area, with busy roads and few pedestrian crossings. We got ubers everywhere though, so it all worked out. Everything else was great, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great value for money.

Great location in quiet leafy Adelaide suburb. Large apartment with kitchen and all mod cons. Only irritation was patchy reception on TV via the Internet. And a bathroom that may need plumbing attention to fix water drainage. Location was perfect and close to A brilliant pizza place, and bar over the road. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the city and surrounding suburbs to do your groceries shopping or to eat out. The only downside was there was no drawers for our clothes in any of the bedrooms and the second bedroom had no windows, a tiny bathroom and was hot and stuffy.

We stayed 3 nights. Not too close in the city, I’ve requested king size bed but they just pushed together 2 single mattresses and there’s a gap in between which was uncomfortable to sleep. It’s very clean and huge area.

Booked an apartment to give us flexibility during our stay in Adelaide. Meant we could catch up on our laundry and not worry about our rooms being serviced every day. The apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, of which one was en-suite. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels provided. Hot water whenever we needed it. Had we wanted to cook there was a selection of pans for use on the hob and oven. We mostly used the kettle and toaster. The place was airy, clean and the furnishings met our needs. From the apartment we had a good view over north Adelaide, though there was an electricity pole only a few feet from the balcony which I found slightly off putting. Make sure to book parking as spaces are limited. On the days we didn’t have allocated parking we were able to park close by on the street without incident. The team managing the building were always very pleasant and helpful and, given our late arrival time, left clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Good access to central Adelaide. Would happily stay there again.

Very comfortable dog friendly apartment with everything we need. Great that we can open the window for fresh air - Good Brea and dinner options nearby and walking distance to parks and CBD

My goodness, what a wonderful surprise. The apartment was such a beautiful place to stay. Neat, clean with lots of space. Close to city, shopping, eating and parks. And to top it off, dog friendly!
