Great and friendly staff and a beautiful location by everything and the water.

I almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.

Loved it !!! Best location good easy check in and check out !! Never had to go to front desk due to the amazing information in side the lobby and room about hotel . Will be back :)

酒店就坐落在湖邊，位置非常之好。雖然名字是酒店，但實際上更像是汽車旅館，裝修設計是年輕色彩風，挺時尚的。

房間外面放了個搖椅 坐在外面發呆感覺很愜意 旅館有一些漂亮的裝飾 地理位置也很好就在湖邊 走路三分鐘就能去湖邊散步 旁邊一條街都是餐廳酒吧 很方便

性價比很高的連鎖酒店，旅途中一晚的中轉酒店，類似國內的漢庭標準吧，房間不算大但有梳化床適合家庭入住。
