Worst, dirty Hotel and completely unkind stuff. The Hotelmanagement was the the most unprofessional people I ever meet. They promise me to start cleaning the room... but nothing changed. The owner was do much unking. Changing the room was also impossible. I become sick of the food and my room was dirty as I arrived.

Only reason I booked that hotel was it was 5 star hotel but they are far from 5 star 2 maybe 3 at the most. They have no bathrobe if u ask one you will not get one their spa you have to bring cash or you have to go downstairs to pay first than bring your receipt thats the only way you will get service. Breakfast was cheap and not good selection Only thing is good about this hotel was staff thats all

The beds were not comfortable..the room were really hot. And not sound proof
The people talking laughing could be heard from my room very clearly
All night laughing sounds banging doors. Air conditioning was not working in june hot weather. They said its centrally air-conditioned. No body spoke a word of english. Tv didnt had english channel or hdmi slot. Bath tub broken.toilet door was opened all the time couldnt close it. Instead of service technician they sent waiter and he apologise thats it.

Oteli rezervasyon için aradığımızda iki ricamız oldu 1-Bebek için park yatak 2-Sigara içilmeyen oda 14 aylık bebek ile gittiğim bu otelde verilen park yatağın ahşap korkulukları kırılmış vaziyette geldi. Etrafı kırık ahşap korkuluklarla dolu bebek yatağına bir de dalga geçer gibi üst taraftan sinekler yemesin diye sineklik koymuşlar yanlardan sinek girerse “bebeğinizi kendiniz koruyun” diye düşünmüş olmalılar. Odaya gelecek olursak odada bizden az evvel sigara içilmişçesine bütün gece o kötü kokuya maruz kaldık. Odamızı değiştirmek istediğimizde de müsaitlik olmadığı şeklinde geri dönüş aldık.
