It was my second time staycation at this hotel where i booked 2 rooms for my family and the experience i had was awful. The ground workers were super friendly and adorable however, receptionist and owners behaviour was like if you want to stay then stay or go away. I did an online booking this time which was quite cheaper than paying at hotel, is that why they disagree to provide a shuttle service to the airport.
Not to forget, breakfast was included when i booked it online however they said they could not do it even though I am not a breakfast person. All i wanted was a warm coffee .
Talking about the beddings, there was curry/oil stains all over. I asked them to change it before i went out for a nightout. Surprisingly, when we got back around 0100 hrs, it was still the same beddings.
All in all, i would say there is no other words to explain how i did regret staying this hotel.

Very good and stylish hotel with nice view. The owner and his staff are very helpful and friendli. Good food and various dishes in the restaurant. Spacious room for meetings. I can absolutely recommend this place. Will come here again next time.
