酒店環境不錯，沙灘很白，但是這種價位實在太高了。先説服務，房間要加床，催了兩次，等了幾個小時才來；要拿轉換插頭，直到退房也沒影；最後一天退房，準時打電話來，真是一分鐘都不讓你耽擱.再説設施，標準間的床是會移動的，於是每天樓上樓下都有滋滋的聲音，隔音非常差，幾千一晚的房費，洗浴用品竟然和七天的差不多，吹風機也是固定在牆上，按到手抽筋，別墅呢，所有的插座都是歐式的，一定要自己帶轉換插座，別墅裏的泳池衹能算個洗腳池，因為衹有六十公分深。

This hotel visit has truly exceeded our expectations. The property is impressive, especially with its beautiful beach, and the service is unparalleled. The variety of restaurants is diverse, and the atmosphere at the resort creates a harmonious setting that allows for genuine enjoyment and relaxation. Compared to the neighboring Jambo hotel, this experience feels more elegant with a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you RIU Palace:)

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were average; definitely not 5 stars. The hotel is designed to stay inside the premises as there is nowhere to go nearby.

Very nice property. However, if you are planning for evening activities like dancing , I would recommend you go to RUI Jambo next door. There are very lively and entertaining.

All staff including catering, reception, security, gardening team, cleaners etc always greeted you and had big smiles. The hotel was lovely however we did have some issues with our room. The door pass failed twice and needed the batteries replaced and the power kept going out all the time which was inconvenient. Overall experience 8/10
