The staff are very friendly. They welcome visitors with a smile every time. However, the ***agement of the facilities in the room needs improvement. It is a bit disappointing that there is a room where the water from the sink drains well. Other than that I am satisfied

Stay this hotel ***y times and always enjoying and relaxing during stay in this hotel. All hotel staff are very kind and always smiling. Especially restaurant team is very friendly and kindly, special thanks for Tesly san. I really come back to this hotel again.

Nice food with good service. Thanks to the restaurant team. Who took care of me well. Kudos team of F&B ***ager Antony. Food were excellent and had wide spread of buffet. Nice ambiance. Must try. Rates also affordable and has good variety of food to choose.

The experience was great, the service was extremely good. The waiter who served us, Sarathi was great communicating with us and made sure we had a great experience in the restaurant. The food was as great as the service which was very great and exceptional.

It's great and food is tasty and receiving and serving and behavior of staff is good. And staff who is taking care of us abhijith really gave good response and respect and friendly. Overall staff and food is wonderful.

The restaurant had great food and a calming ambience. The starters especially were great. Grilled chicken breast was my personal favourite. The desserts in the buffet were better than most buffets in Chennai. MrAbhijit’s service was the cherry on the cake.

My recent visit to the Fairfield MWC was exceptional. The hotel's service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. The rooms were amazingly comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Restaurant service under the supervision of Antony was outstanding. I highly recommend the Fairfield to my family & friends

Food was good, service by Tesly was very nice. I enjoyed celebrating my anniversary in Marriot hotel. Due to final match, some staff members couldn't provide the service i needed at that time But Tesly solbed that as well with grace.
