Had a wonderful experience in this sea view family room. I came with my family and enjoyed a pleasant stay. This residency had nearby amenities for the family to spend the time effectively.It had a link bridge to easily access RF Mall across the road. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. Good restaurants in nearby locations. The staff was very kind and helpful. Easy check-in and checkout process. A good price for family stay.

La habitación limpia, sin embargo, no es muy buena para probar la habitación - podía oír fuegos desde las escaleras aunque estaba en el piso 28, y también las personas cerrando puertas a lo largo del corredor. El personal era amigable, pero el escritorio frontal no informó de las instalaciones disponibles o de los detalles de WiFi durante el check-in, tuvo que averiguarnos.

The stay at Z Hotel in Johor Bahru as a family my wife, our 6 year old daughter, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, eateries, and popular attractions, making it easy for us to explore JB. The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing a cozy stay for our family. The bed was comfortable, and we all slept well. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Z Hotel JB. It’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located hotel in Johor Bahru. Would definitely consider staying again on our next visit!

It's a king bed room, the location is good and room is cleanliness, the staff is kindly, serves with smile always, sure will book this hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pulai Springs Resort, and it was truly a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and exceptional hospitality, making us feel right at home. The resort offers a wide array of fantastic amenities that really made our stay stand out. The pools were pristine, and there was a perfect blend of relaxing spaces and fun activities. The fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment, which was great for staying active during our stay.

La dama recepcionista (basada en su acento, probablemente es filipino) es muy amable, útil y amigable. Ella realmente merece un elogio porque es independiente y dura trabajando sola en su turno, aunque no fue muy ocupada durante los wkdays, pero durante la temporada de vacaciones escolares, puede ser un poco ocupada para ella .. Gracias por su duro trabajo! 👍 La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y se siente en casa. Por favor, considere esto . 🥲 Y los pantalones de la habitación son demasiado finos para que mis pies puedan sentir el suelo cuando caminan al lobby/baño, así que creo que hay que mejorar en eso . Todo lo demás está bien . La ubicación también está bien, incluso si no conducir .. El hotel dispone de una calle de la tienda de restauración y de un supermercado. La piscina es grande y con 2 eslidos de agua que tanto los adultos como los niños pueden disfrutar . Hay muchas sillas y mesas para los huéspedes para poner nuestras cosas mientras van a nadar, pero creo que su tiempo para reparar las escaleras especialmente en la escalera blanca y también algunos pisos alrededor de las escaleras porque hay roturas de tijeras/gafas que pueden causar lesiones . A la dirección, por favor, tome nota seriamente de ello, antes de que ocurra cualquier accidente .. El día siguiente, cuando fui a verlo, dijo que había pasado a la recepción. Despite being doubtful for the lack of reviews at the beginning. It truly changed my impression after staying there especially after seeing the sea view. Service and hospitality were top notch and efficient despite the language barrier. My only complaint is the lack of kitchen utensils but overall it's only a small matter and will definitely come again.

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

I love this place! It was clean and newly renovated. Self check in was also seemless as everything was manless. Would definitely come back to stay with them! My apartment view was Singapore and I can see the bridge if there is a traffic jam and is quite helpful. This place is actually well connected to jb custom , it is walkable without grabbing over.

La ubicación era una idea, ya que estaba al lado del valle de Southkey. El proceso de inspección y salida no se ha demostrado sin quejas. La habitación era muy limpia, pero no se llenó la sopa de mano. También hay algas detectadas en la parte de la ventana, probablemente no se han limpiado durante mucho tiempo. A pesar de tener un desayuno en nuestra reserva, no procedimos como era demasiado lleno. Claramente, la relación entre el personal y el huésped es asombrosa, quizás la buena gestión puede ver esto especialmente en la multitud de fines de semana. En general, no creo que volvamos a buscar el ambiente y el precio que pagamos, ya que hay mejores alojamientos también cerca.
