Very bad experience from this hotel specially room toilet shower was broken as I open shower it fell on me thanks I not got any injury or blood on my head I can sue or call police if I got hurt on my head with shower two times I call reception for repair nobody came then again call 3 time boy came it's really very very shocked I got save from head injury I need my refund from this hotel kindly refund the amount I already again don't want to book kindly refund amount as soon as possible not half full amount

Tomamos el paquete. Estaba satisfecho con la elección de almuerzo/dineración. Su conjunto de almuerzo era realmente delicioso. Para la cena, necesitamos alguna mejora. Pero para el desayuno, sorprendente. El hotel no tiene piscina para niños. Ambos piscinas son para niños mayores. La habitación es muy grande, la cama es muy grande para una familia de 4. Las habitaciones son perfectas ! Amo el baño y la ducha separados ! Estoy tan contento de haber decidido quedarme en este hotel. Aunque es muy lejos para ir a Legoland. Vale la pena el ringgit causa que tengo un buen trato.

Overall a good stay with noajor complaint. Hotel is very popular among Singaporean during weekends and public holidays. Many eateries around the hotel area. The ksl mall.itself is a little boring with too many massage place, hair salon, main Pedi salon.

Was pleasant surprised at what was provided in the room. A couch was provided for resting, a desk with office-like set up for charging devices, bedroom slippers, two bath robes and lovely comfortable bedding. We were also surprised to be provided a microwave and some dining utensils along with plates. The service provided was good and prompt.

Location is good, just opposite Komtar walking distance to City Square. There's a 7 Eleven on the left side of the hotel. Room is large comes with a living room, walk-in wardrobe and a kitchen.

I recently stayed at Thistle Johor Bahru, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel offers a beautiful view, especially if you get a sea-facing room—the daytime scenery is quite nice and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The overall vibe of the place is calm and peaceful, perfect for a short getaway. Cleanliness was decent, though I did notice that some areas could use better maintenance. The pool area is well-landscaped and adds to the charm of the hotel. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with good service and nice views, this is a solid option. However, a little refresh in some parts of the hotel would make the experience even better!

Estaba en este hotel por segunda vez b4 covid con mi familia. Todo está bien. Segundo ingreso con mi familia. Como siempre no mantienen e hotel. Habitualmente, la habitación que tomo es 2 dormitorios grandes n espacioso limpio. Todavía ok. Todo el baño ok pero un poco de olor. Bañera bajo mantenimiento tan decepcionado para mis niños. Desayuno que nota mucho sólo nodillo frito y arroz frito. Porridge. Definitivamente no volver aquí agian

This will be our 7th time staying over here in Amari, Johor Bahru Hotel as we simply missed the sumptuous great breakfast and facilities very much from our heart. We did a 3 Days 2 Nights. As per usual, our stay have been pleasant. For this time round, l have booked a Deluxe Room so that it is slightly more spacious than the Superior Room for more leg room movement and we lurved the ambience. Everything was okay except for the TV which was giving us some problem. One of the technician, Hafiz came to repair on the TV. At the same time he also assisted to replace the bedroom spotlight and ceiling light too. He was very professional. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay completely happily with no complaints. And we will definately be back for our short vacation once again. Thank you for having us once again. Till then.

For a small budget with a family of 4 it's really a great deal. Very good location , walking distance to KSL and eateries which open till late. Breakfast was simple but for a cheap price and a 3 star hotel it's unreasonable to argue as you can still eat yr fill as it's a buffet. Would definitely recommend and come back for our next stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful, though the hotel is located far from the shopping mall, making it difficult to walk to from ICQ. The surrounding area is quite dark at night. Breakfast is average with limited choices, but it’s a decent option for Singaporeans looking for a place to stay, especially when traffic to the immigration is heavy.
