Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance.
Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese.
Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

Great hotel located only a 10min walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance. There are many food outlets nearby as well. Shower and bath were really good. Underfloor heating and air conditioning worked well. Only minor problem is no where to hang bath towels. They had outdoor spa but we didn't use it. Would stay again.

La ubicación es excelente. Está cerca del quiosco de la estación de autobuses y en el pueblo de Pengfeng, donde hay muchos restaurantes. Está a solo veinte minutos a pie de Jiuzhaigou. El hotel en sí está limpio, pero la calefacción no es tan cálida en invierno. El agua caliente es buena. El desayuno era mediocre. No hay platos de carne, principalmente bollos, maíz, huevos y verduras. Había café y bebida de soja, lo cual nos pareció bien.

The Flowers Hotel was recently opened in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Jiuzhaigou. Seeing Jiuzhaigou's sights from this hotel is easy with Bianbian Street, Tibetan and Qiang Ethnic Song and Dance Theater and Jiuzhaigou Tibetan King Square all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Jiuzhaigou hotel features parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. Very clean and instagramable hotel. Bus from train station stopped near the hotel. Located close to the entrance of 九寨溝, walkable distance. Very convenient as there were many shops and restaurants close by. The boss is very nice, I had some difficulties purchasing the bus ticket to the train station, and the boss assisted us with it. I must apologies if there were any inconveniences caused. Highly recommend to stay here.

The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend !

UUsuario invitadoGenerally, the hotel is good. It's still brand new. It is locater at thre end of the line when you travel from the Jiuzhaihianglong train station. The staff tried to be helpful but it's still not satisfactory based on my standard. This maybe due to their limited English but I could tell they were trying to help. We stayed there for 2 nights. The first day went well with everything provided with disposable towels and little snacks thrown in. The second day we came back with the room not made up with no towels and everything provided on the first day. We came back around 8 pm hoping to relax but couldn't. When we asked them they started to get all the things like tea and coffee and stuff. What made me disappointed was when I asked them for the towels but were suggested to use the disposable towels. The problem was that it was very cold and those wouldnt do the job. However, another lady understood what we wanted and were trying to help. I feel like they would try to help better if they could communicate with us.
It's very convenient to buy a bus ticket back to Huanglongjiuzhai high speed train station. Just walk out of the hotel and look for Jiyuan hotel. It's like a 3 minutes walk only.
The park itself is about 1.5 km away or a little more so you can walk there
The pictures show where you get the ticket and on board to go to the train station.
The breafast are ok but nothing fancy. It has many choices though but were the same everday. If you want to walk around at niight it's about 4 km away from the town center. However, there're shops around the hotel.

LLiusanyi到站比較晚，商家一直很貼心幫忙和我們保持聯繫，以便我們能夠順利入住。在此期間不斷像家長告知我們如何做怎麼走，真的很暖心。本來廚師21:00就下班，跟酒店商量提前給我們準備了湯鍋，真的非常豐盛，酒店的小哥哥小姐姐一直等我們用餐完,獻上哈達才陸續休息。地暖十足房間很大，很乾凈。還有浴缸套和浴鹽。誠意感滿滿，（用餐期間還告訴我們怎麼玩），第二天人不多酒店給我們專門準備了專屬早餐（應該是人不多的情況下才有時間），甜牛奶大家一定要嚐嚐，每天都喝，每天吃的飽飽的中餐都吃不下。酒店有一個小姐姐拿鐵和美式打的很好喝。去景區全程接送到景區門口（有時間範圍跟商家提前溝通好），酒店工作人員都是本地人幫忙聯繫了去高鐵站的車（自費），真的是做到了全程貼心服務。價格配合服務和配套，性價比賊高（酒店地暖全天供應），衹能説老闆格局很大。看得出來地板也是下了真功夫，材質是真的細心打磨了。還有個水池庭院，從外面走進來還以為進了什麼宋氏美學餐廳。衹能説這次來九寨溝，酒店給的貼心感和九寨溝海子的景色拉滿了體驗。
對了，點名 小秦，非常熱情且專業素養很高。

CCarlosExcellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan.
I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******.
The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request.
I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

BBoon TiongAbsolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly.
Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

There is a hot spring as well if u are interested.
The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well.
Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.

JJAMESGreat location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur.
Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour.
If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

GGerman MichaelGreat location for visiting Jiuzhaigou National Park (only about a five minute drive to the entrance). The room I stayed in was really cozy and large, especially considering the affordable price. I also want to give a shoutout to the bed - I slept like a stone for all three nights I spent here :)
But besides the location and rooms, what makes this hotel so special are its owners. They are a super likeable and energetic couple of seasoned travellers that finally decided to settle down. The two of them really do everything to ensure their guests are comfortable. For example, when the tickets for the bus back to Chengdu were sold out, they managed to get me a seat in a private shuttle bus for barely any additional cost. But beyond that, they are also just incredibly nice people, even taking the time to use a translation app to have conversations with their non-chinese-speaking guests over beer and tea.
If you decide to stay here, make sure to try the yak stew and yoghurt cake. Also, definitely pet the super-cute cat :)

Stay comes with Tibet costume experience, additional topup if makeup/photographer required, but still a very awesome experience just to wear and explore nearby location. Highly recommended! You’ll also get to interact with their welcoming dogs too if u like dogs

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel was absolutely fine considering it's purpose as somewhere close to the scenic spot, however I expected more from the Hilton name. When we arrived, we came with two Chinese friends who had separate rooms (so three rooms total). There were three staff on reception but instead of doing all three room check-ins at once, we had to wait. Then, the staff immediately spoke to my Chinese friends about our booking, completely ignoring us (foreigners). I've lived in China for four years, I've managed to book myself into every hotel up to now and found them quite rude. Even my Chinese friends said they were rude for doing this.
The hotel room is nice and clean but once again, the hotel feels quite basic considering it's Hilton. The gym is small but usable however children come in and play in there. The breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel is okay but if I was here again I'd probably consider elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jiuzhaigou Lankamu Inn, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my trip! From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by the authentic ******* and Buddhist atmosphere that permeates the inn. The décor, the peaceful surroundings, and the warm hospitality make you feel like you're truly immersed in the culture of the region.
While the inn is a bit farther from Jiuzhaigou National Park compared to some other hotels, this distance was quickly forgotten thanks to the generous hospitality of the owner. He offered us rides to and from the park, making it incredibly easy to explore the stunning natural beauty without any hassle. I also appreciated his flexibility when I needed to leave early to catch a train to Chengdu via Huanglong Jiu Zhai. It was a relief to know that he was more than willing to accommodate my schedule.
Breakfast at the inn was simple yet nutritious, featuring delicious baozi, mantou, and eggs. It was the perfect way to start a day full of adventures!
Overall, Jiuzhaigou Lankamu Inn is a hidden gem that offers a unique and authentic experience. If you're looking for a tranquil place that captures the essence of ******* culture and provides outstanding service, look no further. I highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting the Jiuzhaigou area!
