«La habitación es muy limpia, es que la luz es un poco oscura, pero la hermana me dotó de inmediato de la lámpara. Cada noche me dan frutas y el minibar también es gratuito para continuar. Al llegar el día hay un alto contraproducente, la recepción es muy intimidad para beberme una coca. También es más conveniente comer alrededor, hay una comida tibetana que tiene una buena relación coste/beneficio. En resumen, las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas y el servicio al cliente es necesario.»

«La habitación estaba impecable y ordenada. El jabón de manos y los pañuelos eran de Sam's Club, mientras que el champú, el acondicionador, el gel de ducha y la loción corporal eran de Shiseido. También nos dieron fruta de bienvenida al hacer el check-in, y las bolsitas de té y los aperitivos de la habitación eran de Sam's Club. El servicio de recepción fue amable y atento, y ofrecieron diversos artículos de tocador a los huéspedes, incluyendo café gratis. Incluso nos recordaron que lleváramos algunas botellas de agua mineral extra (también de Sam's Club) al irnos. «La decoración del hotel es sencilla y moderna, y la sala de negocios es muy espaciosa para 2 personas. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, hay muchos lugares para comer en los alrededores, incluidas tiendas de té con leche y KFC. Solo se necesitan entre 10 y 15 minutos para llegar a pie a las atracciones de Jiuzhaigou. El baño está separado de la zona húmeda y seca, y el lavabo está en la entrada, una persona puede lavarse mientras la otra va al baño o se ducha, lo que ahorra tiempo. La ducha tiene un cabezal esponjoso, gran cantidad de agua y una temperatura estable ¡Hace mucho calor para ducharse en invierno! El champú y el gel de baño también son muy útiles, compré una botella de champú para llevarme cuando me fui. La cama y las almohadas son relativamente cómodas y el agua suministrada proviene del manantial Nongfu. Si no hay suficiente espacio, la recepción puede organizar que un robot entregue agua hasta su puerta. El desayuno es principalmente de estilo chino, e incluye fideos recién hechos, fideos de arroz, bolas de arroz glutinoso, etc., y sabe bien. Se encuentran disponibles café, leche de soja, leche, bollos al vapor, siomai y gachas. El servicio de recepción es muy atento!»

«Location of the hotel is about 10mins car ride to the busy area, so for food have to travel out or order food delivery, but it’s not an issue.
Room is spacious and hotel is beautiful. Washer and dryer available to so laundry.
The best thing is that they provide free supper of 11 items for selection. Small portion just nice for supper and delicious. All room deliveries done by the robot which is super cute, amazing technology !
They provide transport to the park entrance.
Coffee and tea provided near the reception .
Overall is a great hotel, loved it.
If I have to nitpick, the attitude of the reception is quite cold with no smiles or efforts to explain the area or anything.»
