The Air Conditioner was not cooling well .

good service at the reception and also at the restaurant. Good breakfast and nice location just a couple of meters away from the exit.

Hotel is mostly for local tourists. Facilities for foreigners on-site are limited. Very nice restaurant on the 4th floor. Important to mention barbecue house hotel next door for late dinner.

The hotel has a central location and is next to a large shopping mall, so there is everything you need within a few minutes of walk. The room is spacious, and is on the 23th floor, so it has a good view and quiet. The hotel is well-equipped in general. The staff were friendly and efficient. The most remarkable thing is the breakfast, it has such a wide variety of both Chinese and Western food that you can hardly avoid eating too much.

I spent several nights feeling hot trying to get the temperature low so I can sleep. I fall asleep in frustration and wake up in the middle of the night hot. I asked how to get the cold air to work and they said they don’t have cold air AC in the rooms. They said they could bring me a fan and a bucket of ice. Seriously? I pay for a camping experience in a 4 star hotel. If you need AC, avoid this hotel.

I visited Jinhua to see my friend and this hotel was in a very convenient location where I could go to the mall or restaurants very easily. The facilities were also very clean!

這家酒店體驗特別好！地理位置十分優越，地處新開發的新區市中心，緊鄰世貿大廈，周邊餐飲選擇豐富。此次入住的房間乾淨整潔，且因我本身怕吵，酒店貼心安排了安靜的房型，房間內還配備辦公桌椅，兼顧休憩與辦公需求。酒店的服務更是亮點，服務員響應積極、態度熱情周到，其中當班服務員更是給予了我很大幫助，讓我倍感貼心、賓至如歸，入住十分安心。

❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌徹底避雷！！！快跑這個酒店實在是我住過最差勁的酒店總結：態度不好、服務差、收費違規、陰陽怪氣客户、要自己去樓下拿外賣 ❌❌1️⃣要自己拿外賣：好幾次外賣都要自己下樓，關鍵有的可以送上來，有的不讓送，好幾個外賣員反饋説能不能送上來是看前台心情，太噁心了，麻煩死 ❌❌2️⃣設備非常差：明明送水的時候有機器人，怎麼一到送外賣就沒有了？還説機器人是在7樓，合著衹給自己用唄？ ❌❌3️⃣酒店管理人員陰陽客户：在投訴了相關問題後，一大早就接到一個酒店人員的來電，上來第一句就問我“你昨天到底什麼問題”，全程沒用一句道歉，都在辯解，我早上起來莫名其妙聽她一頓説，還要陰陽説“怎麼就你的外賣送不上，別人的可以，你想想是不是自己的問題” ❌❌4️⃣前台服務不專業：不止一次去到前台發現沒人站崗，打電話問為什麼沒人，對面很牛的説“那你什麼事” ❌❌5️⃣違規收費：每個房間不論幾人，衹給你送2瓶水，另外的要你自己去購買。我發燒了喉嚨痛的不行，想要4瓶水，被告知衹能給2瓶，關鍵我定的二人間，一人兩瓶是很正常的訴求吧！我從來沒見過這樣的酒店！！！ ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
