La verdad que nos sorprendió de inmensa manera. Incluso nos pareció mejor que en las fotografías. Las habitación amplias, confortables y sobre todo muy limpias. El baño, de igual manera, muy amplio, moderno y limpio. La ducha una autentica maravilla, amplia y con la presión y temperatura del agua perfecta. Además nuestras habitaciones incluían un amplio balcón donde sent**** comodamente con vistas a la ciudad antigua de Jerusalén. La cama, amplia y muy cómoda. El servicio muy atento y simpático. Nos ayudó y nos hizo sentirnos muy cómodos en todo momento. En el último piso hay un bar donde poder tomar algo tranquilamente y con unas maravillosas vistas a toda la zona antigua de Jerusalén. La ubicación también es muy buena, situado en la zona nueva árabe y cerca de varias puertas de la muralla que dan acceso a la ciudad antigua. El desayuno, tipo buffet, muy amplio y de gran calidad.

Very friendly staff, especially Rowan at the front desk, she was very helpful, friendly and enjoyed helping. Awesome view of Jerusalem on the roof top of this hotel. Great lication, close to the holy sites. Overall we did enjoy our stay very much. It felt safe and the holy sites were magnificent to see.

Good location near the Herods gate and light train/bus station . Ac doesn't work well and the View restaurant is closed and off limits while the hotel advertise the view over the old city. Breakfast is doable.

The hotel has s very friendly staff. Located in the oriental part of Jerusalem, it is walking distance to both Damascus and Herods gates. Room I stayed had ac set at one temperature, which is inconvenient. Basic amenities are fine. 1st night, safe was not working. The impression is that rooms are not reviewed or checked properly and reported by staff. Perhaps lack of proper training?

Very good value for money, excellent staff, clean rooms. Even though it was January, the rooms were warm because of AC. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel. It was also quiet in the rooms

We are happy to have chosen this hotel. It’s located near the major spot, the attention of the staff: receptionists, maids, waiters, cooks and security man is excellent. The room we were in was very big and comfortable, always clean, towels changed every day, abundant tea and coffee in the room. Finally, the breakfast: delicious. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hotel Manager Ms. Rania is a very rude and not professional. My family of four arrived for a 3 night stay. She told us the water was not working and would need to go to another hotel! There were many guests arriving and checking inn. The hotel had clearly overbooked and was lying to us. The hotel she wanted to send us to was cheaper than the Holy Land. At first Rania said she would pay for our stay at the cheaper place. After we agreed to move there she said the full price will be taken for our booking, even the new hotel was £250 cheaper on ***********!!! When challenged she became EXTREMELY aggressive and I kept my cool and left calmly. Be very careful here as this is common in the old city the rooms get overbooked. But to be treated in such a cowboy manner was shocking. I would not advise any one to stay here.

Had no idea where to stay and this place worked out great. Price was really good too. Nothing fancy but the location near Damascus gate made for good exploring, though to some it may seem a little sketchy coming back later at night, though perhaps that was mainly due to it being Ramadan. Glad I didn’t stay in some glass tower in the newer part of the city.

I was woken by chanting Muslims at all hours. I asked for a plug for my sink so I could wash clothes — never happened. Speaking of clothes, was there a dresser or some shelves to store them? No! I had to live out of my suitcase for 5 days. Taxi cabs from the Israeli side of town wouldn’t take us back there. The breakfast hall was crowded with tour groups. No good restaurants in walking distance. I will stay on the west side of town next time.
