Make sure to choose the ocean side, as the other side doesn’t even offer a city view—it’s just the next building's wall and window, which wasn’t very pleasant. I upgraded the room (paid) after seeing it, and it was the best decision I made. The hotel is within walking distance of many places and very close to public transport. The view from the room was great. I could just stay there the whole time.

Located right infront of the ocean , good view! Free parking as well and walkable distance to a famous bakery and black pork restaurant! Will stay again

Nice location. Not the cleanest but good enough. The view is amazing. They have a laundry room which was very useful. A lot of restaurants around it. It it seemed wherever we wanted to go it was at least an hour away.

Overall was good. Check in was fast and room is clean. Don’t tried their breakfast.

My first time stay in hamdeok. Freezing cold outside but the location is the best, bus stops and eateries all nearby and the reception man is very kind with a smiley face all the time. The high floor room is really comfortable with disposable amenities provided and big towels, and the sea view from the room is superb. Watching people lighting up fire crackers at the beach at night is so beautiful. Sitting comfortably and warm in the room watching these people enduring the cold to have fun, it was an unforgettable sight. Could have stayed for more than 1 night. They have an extra key card inserted so need not remove card when going out, convenient. Was a bit concerned when saw the chain latch at the door appeared broken. Nevertheless I slept well and no disturbances of noises at all.

We stayed in deluxe room with ocean view. Room was very clean. View on the ocean would be astonishing but our windows from the outside were very dirty, it was really killing this vibe. Reception doesn’t speak English almost at all. Jacuzzi (modern ryokan) is available only if you book it in advance and price is pretty high 100000kwon for 1,5 hour. No one told me this before booking this hotel. Luckily in price fish and chips and beer it wine and cheese is included. Hotel is located in most beautiful place u can imagine. Right next to the sea and close to the beach. Parking was free, convenient store downstairs in hotel building.

It was a good but it would be noise on summer time. Because the location is closed to beach and the music bar located on main floor. It makes a sound. Otherwise, all good service and quality.

What an amazing stay! The hotel is literally a two minute walk to the beach and is surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants, so you don't need to go far for good food and fun. Additionally the service was great. The receptionists helped us with booking taxis, assisted us in reading maps when we were lost, and even recommended a few good spots to try. Definitely coming back.

The location of the hotel is very good, with all kinds of public transportation and close to the beach. The room is clean, but the facilities are relatively old, the double bed is very small. The most unsatisfactory thing is that there is a Bar on the first floor, and the noise is very loud. Even on the fifth and sixth floors, the noise is very obvious, which continues until more than 11 o 'clock in the evening, which is very bad.

This was the best of the 3 places we have stayed in the area. It's not the cheapest but probably the nicest and the location is hard to beat. The ice in the urinals, the wash station outside, and the beach front location is definitely 5 star. I felt the food and drinks on the 1st floor were grossly overpriced for the quality so we ate and drank elsewhere.
