I spent a weekend there during the month Of March. Hotel is nicely located - quiet district although it is hard sometimes to find a suitable car parking - hotel parking is full and same goes for the surrounding Room is spacious - I have booked an executive suite 2 bedrooms- it is perfectly suitable for a family of 4 Cozy Restaurant - matching with hotel size- breakfast buffet was included in the price. Variety is OK Lobby is a bit small, they have a fitness with a covered swimming pool - tiny one - Building apparently is old… furniture in rooms , lobby & restaurants are exhausted and need to be changed Overall the hotel with its prices & services is worth to stay I do recommend it for families I’ll come back again

3 days stay. The hotel is good and clean Reception service lost our bags after receiving them, but they were polite. Breakfast meals were good Room service was not as good as we expected. Car parking was available. The hotel is next to a car wash station and the sound of air compressors is annoying day and night. They contacted us after we left for feedback and promised to work on our feedback with a discount next time

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

El hotel fue muy bien hace 20 años, y ahora es un ejercicio de frustración. Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de por qué: 1) Las instalaciones básicas no son fiables. The wifi drops out all the time and you get a 1-2MB bandwidth which is a struggle if you’re doing video calls 3) The additional facilities like gym, pool, sauna etc are a mess. The jacuzzi and sauna have been abandoned from what I could tell. The gym has no air conditioning Así que una vez estaba haciendo cualquier ejercicio, sólo estaba pulsando con sudor. Debe ser más de 30 grados en 4) El nivel de servicio está fuera. He pasado 25 minutos tratando de comprar un café del bar de café en el piso. Cuatro veces he pedido a alguien que venga y ayuda. 3 veces nada, 4ª vez que alguien vino, se atravesó y se fue otra vez 5) La comida es tan pobre. Cómo conseguir los básicos como hamburguesas y saladas mal es un misterio para mí 6) No ha habido inversión en el lugar y, por lo tanto, es sólo cansado. Dentes, rasgos, pisos enteras en todas partes. Esto es honestamente un poco triste ver Esto es de la cadena Meridien, una marca bien conocida. Estoy sorprendido de que confien en un operador local para gestionar una instalación de esta mal en su nombre. Reservé el hotel basically because I assumed it must be OK because it was a Meridien but, honestly, the place is terrible.
