Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

I had a cell phone break on me, and the front office manager, Ugur Sarikaya, personally escorted me to a shop where I could rapidly get back online and back to my vacation. This above and beyond is emblematic of the service we experienced at Demiray for all of our needs, not just this emergency. The breakfast was delectable, with a wide variety of food. Many fresh bakery items both savory and sweet; cold spread of salads, fruits, vegetables, cereals, salamis, cheeses; as well as hot dishes. Nice mix of Turkish and western foods was provided. The hotel is on the smaller side. Demiray was remarkably creative with how they maximized the space and the vibe. We had an internal room but the window treatment allowed for the illusion of seeing outdoors, with clouds and sky. Similarly, the gym, pool, and spa were in the basement but very cleverly set up despite the smaller space. Location was super walkable to major tourist sites, our favorite bourek place, and loads and loads of shopping. The most straight-forward way to the hotel was up a very long series of stairs through an outdoor shopping area. If you wanted to avoid these stairs, you would have to walk another 20+ minutes, winding up and around multiple windy shopping streets. Not ideal for people with mobility challenges or who are out of shape. Truly enjoyed our time there! Would come back in a heartbeat.

Un excelente hotel, cerca de la plaza y de la calle Istiklal en minutos, y todos los servicios están disponibles a su alrededor, desde restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles o barberías. El auto entra y la zona es segura. Todo gracias al personal del hotel de hermano. Ibrahim Ma Qasr y el director del hotel, Sr. Amrallah. Gracias, gracias por el respeto, la atención y la hospitalidad. Nos trataron como si fueran su familia... sólo un pequeño agradecimiento... y un hotel que recomendaría para familias o individuos, y hay desayuno disponible. Volveremos si Dios quiere

El mejor hotel en el mejor lugar.

El hotel ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio. Al llegar, el personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Estuvimos durante una semana de vacaciones en Estambul, nos hospedamos en habitaciones en el primer piso, no había problemas de humedad, bastante limpias y no se escuchaba a los vecinos. Los baños, parecen estar reformados, estaban en excelentes condiciones, aunque, debido a la falta de espacio, las duchas no tenían mamparas y el agua se sale. El hotel está ubicado en una calle concurrida, cerca de una zona turística repleta de restaurantes. Una particularidad de la ubicación es que se encuentra en una parte baja de la ciudad, por lo que todas calles tienen una pendiente algo pronunciada. En términos de seguridad, no notamos problemas y nos sentimos cómodos durante nuestra estancia. La estancia incluye desayuno, algo simple. Para que os hagáis una idea; tomate, pepino, una pequeña selección de quesos, ensaladas y bollería local. También ofrecen mermeladas, quesos untables, miel y chocolate. En mi opinión personal, faltan alimentos con fuentes de proteínas, pues sólo tienen huevos cocido.

Estaba aquí en febrero de 2020 por 4 noches con un amigo. El personal es muy amable y el hotel es muy limpio. El hotel está a sólo 10 minutos a pie de los lugares de interés más cercanos situados en la parte histórica de la ciudad. Aún más cerca del hotel hay tiendas, bares, parques y restaurantes. Teniendo en cuenta el pequeño dinero que paga por su estancia, no puedes quejarte. Aunque, me gustaría ver algunos cambios. El baño es muy pequeño, el baño completo es realmente el duche. Todo se moja, así que no hay un buen lugar para dejar tu toalla y tus ropa que obviamente quieres mantener seco. Un par de ganchos o de baskets de pendiente serán una buena adición. (ver foto de la casa de baño, hay un pequeño gabinete a la vez, así que la anchura es de aproximadamente 1,20 M en el mismo va a la profundidad. El ducha está en la pared derecha, delante de la gabinete) También tarda mucho tiempo para el baño secar. El agua no se detiene en un pequeño borde de la ducha o algo así y no hay nada para limpiar el agua con, lo que nos dejó con una opción: Duchar en la noche y dejar la ventana en el baño abierto para que se seca a la hora de la mañana. No es ideal, considerando dónde quedarse aquí durante el invierno. También tuvimos que compartir un socket durante la noche para cargar nuestros teléfonos. Sería genial si hubiese más de ellos. Son todos pequeños ”reclamaciones”, por lo que no es demasiado malo. Especialmente por el dinero que pagas. Hay una cosa que me queda que te advierto: los sonidos. El hotel es muy ruidoso. Puedes oír a otras personas muy bien y desgraciadamente tuvimos algunas personas que quedaban en El hotel que no tuvo en cuenta esto. A pesar de los pocos negativos, me quedaría aquí otra vez y así recomendaría este hotel si busca un hotel barato cerca del centro de la antigua ciudad.

I had a really bad experience with this hotel. On the first night (I arrived late at night at the hotel), I found one of the beds and it's pillow soaking wet. I was very tired and decided to address the issue the next day. However, to my surprise, I was unable to switch off the lights. At 1:00 am I had 3 people in the room fiddling with the buttons with solutions such as ”sleep with some light” and ”remove the card so the room gets dark”. The next day, my agent suggested a room change, but because of my experience and my plans for the day, I didn't want to be moved into a room without seeing it, so I just asked for the light switches to be fixed and the sheets changed. I went out for the day to return at night. At reception I was assured that the problems were fixed. I walked into the room to find all my stuff gone. Only things in the safe were there. I went to the reception and found my suitcase, my hand bag, my carry on and my cosmetics bag. Someone had the audacity to pack my personal belongings. They actually removed my watch and charger and put them in my hand bag. My tooth brush, shampoo and other personal belongings were also packed into my bags with no consideration whatsoever. The person at the reception had no idea and explained that it seems someone intended to move my room and didn't. I find that unacceptable to say the least. The next day I came back to the room and found an ironing board blocking my room door. Super random behavior really. In addition to the above, the room was not clean, no tissue box and other essentials. the beds were hastily made, no effort even to straighten the sheets. All the sheets were mismatched. I tried to see the manager for 2 days in a row and got answers like ”he is in a meeting” from 9:00 am to 4 pm. When I asked where his office was, the answer was ”I don't know :). The only reason why I did not leave this joke of a hotel was that I was traveling with an older group of people and I didn't want to create disturbance for them. It's a definite no go for me.

Hola... Me alojé con mi familia en Estambul en Noble Pangalti durante 10 noches. El hotel acaba de abrir y todo estaba muy limpio y reluciente. Sábanas, toallas y edredón nuevos. Le doy al hotel 5 de 5 en todo, pero lo único que no me gustó fueron las almohadas, no eran muy cómodas. Para las personas que trabajan allí (recepcionistas, mucamas), definitivamente les doy una calificación de 10 de 5, especialmente Ali, sin embargo, todos fueron muy amables, serviciales y muy amigables, además, los caballeros de la recepción hablaban inglés bien. Recomiendo encarecidamente el hotel y, como visitante habitual de Estambul, este hotel es una tranquilidad para mis próximos viajes.

Se puede llegar en un tren desde el aeropuerto. La habitación estaba limpia y era pequeña, pero estaba sola, así que estaba bien. Es demasiado pequeño para 2 personas. Lo que me alegró fue que la ducha y el baño estaban muy limpios. Me sorprendió lo limpio que estaba. La ducha era bastante amplia y tenía champú y secador de pelo, lo cual era muy agradable. También había agua embotellada y la rellenaron al día siguiente, lo cual fue útil. También hay un servidor de agua en el primer piso. Hay una caminata de 5 minutos desde la estación hasta el hotel, pero si tomas la escalera mecánica equivocada para subir al suelo, estarás lejos del hotel, así que asegúrate de verificar cuidadosamente antes de subir por la escalera mecánica. No hay muchos restaurantes alrededor, por lo que es recomendable para quienes se dirigen al aeropuerto temprano por la mañana o llegan tarde por la noche y buscan un hotel.

A very convenient hotel if you need to stay overnight between flights. The airport is within walking distance, literally 3 minutes walk. The rooms are not the first freshness, but everything is very clean!
