El personal era amable y servicial. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Está justo al lado del muelle de Kadıköy y a 25 minutos de Sabiha Gökçen en Havabus (para pasar la noche. Durante el día, el viaje puede durar hasta 1 hora). Decidimos quedarnos aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que vayamos a Estambul. El desayuno y las vistas del hotel también eran agradables. Agradezco al personal.

Personal amable que proporcionó una habitación limpia en 20 minutos con vista al mar de Mármara. El desayuno en la azotea del hotel con una hermosa vista es fascinante. 😍 La habitación está limpia y compacta. No había cepillo ni pasta de dientes😉. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Desde el terraplén puedes llegar a otras zonas de Estambul tomando un ferry.🩷

Todo lo que puedo decir es que el personal es excelente y honesto. El hotel era bueno, pero estaba en la ubicación equivocada para mí, ya que reservé por error, fueron muy serviciales.

Quedé muy satisfecho con el servicio y la amabilidad del personal. Son rápidos para ayudar con un problema o solicitud. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y espaciosas. Estaba en una ubicación muy céntrica y no tuve ninguna dificultad de transporte.

Pude registrarme aunque llegué temprano en la mañana. También pude desayunar mucho.

Fue bastante bueno y dulce. La ubicación es genial. Los precios son bastante asequibles.

This hotel was AMAZING in every way!! They allowed us to check in 6 hours early at no extra cost. ❤️❤️ Very clean and quiet in the rooms, even though there’s a busy street outside. Very good breakfast with a great view. 10 minutes walk from the main Kadikoy area.

We used this place as a stopover in between two Istanbul airports. The location is super convenient, near the metro and boats. Room was qute spacious and warm. There was a kettle and water. Two minor things: the electric cord of the hairdrier looked very unsafe. I was afraid to get an electric shock. And in the evening there was a strong food smell from the outside - kitchen probably. But otherwise, a nice hotel, we will be back.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels so far, I have never seen a hotel as awful and disgraceful as this one. I would not stay in this hotel again even if they paid me extra.

The location and the services were excellent. Loved the view of the waterfront from the room. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Excellent location and nice facilities

日本人です。設備は確かに年季が入っていますが、サービスはとても気持ちの良いものでした。 丁寧に掃除されていて、ベッドメイキングやタオルの交換もきちんとされています。そして何より、フロントのスタッフや朝食会場のスタッフが笑顔で対応してくれることがとても嬉しいです。 ドライヤー、タオル、石鹸、ハンガー、室内スリッパがあります。石鹸はおそらく手洗い用で、その他のシャンプーやボディソープなどはありません。 朝食はバラエティ豊富で、とても見晴らしの良い会場でした。また利用したいです。

スタッフが皆笑顔でフレンドリー。気持ちの良い滞在で、安心して過ごせました。 地下鉄やバス、フェリー乗り場も近くて自由に動けて便利な場所。 唯一残念なのは、壁が薄く隣の話し声が気になるくらい。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。
