Estupendo hotel cerca de las mezquitas y la zona más turística de Estambul. Además tiene próxima la parada del tranvia que te comunica con las diferentes zonas turísticas. La habitación es cómoda y moderna con TV plana integrada en el espejo. El personal es amable aunque no hablan español. El desayuno no está mal pero es escaso en productos occidentales.

Excellent service, though rooms are small but they are cozy. Cooling can be better. Overall a great experience with friendly staff and hospitality at its best. Would recommend to visitors coz centrally located.

Overall a really nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff especially Mohammed Ali & Sehmuz.They also arranged a taxi for us on the way home to the airport for us today and overall a great experience.From Farine & Hamida bail room 1401🙏🏼

I wouldn’t book this place smells like a sewage rooms very old needs updating, also ******* are useless no help when you want to change as I wasn’t happy with the hotel so raised it due to my wife being pregnant but ******* said here we will help but did not do anything and hotel stuff didn’t really care. Being a frequent flyer this was the first time I booked with them and will be last time and hands on heart worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Stayed at this hotel with a family of 5. Check in smooth with rooms give opposite each other which was fine. Room sizes a little small but ok with a large bathroom to make up the space so all good. Yousuf at the front desk along with Qadeer we’re amazing. Special shout out to Fateh who was the winner in terms of great service. Please give this guy a pay rise. Only disappointment part of the device was the blonde lady at reception who never smiled once throughout the whole week. Hotel i would highly recommend in a quite residential district. Blu mosque walking distance up a slight hill so not good for elderly people.

The hotel staff are kind & friendly.
The hotel itself needs some updating to compete with nearby properties set at this price point. There is no restaurant, the spa facilities were not working, while there is a hammam, massage facilities etc, there is no spa attendants. The internet was continually cutting out, & as a business traveler, this was not ideal. I was also given a twin room, which as an solo adult traveler, not the most comfortable. The room itself was very dark, especially the bathroom.
