the bed is very comfortable the room is very clean i definitely want to stay in arts hotel again and again the staff are so friendly specially enas he is very helpful and easygoing he helped us with making the stay easy and comfortable his manager ersin was so helpful and furkan was helpful too emin is so helpful he helped us with our stay bugra was helpful too amazing team the pillow are very fluffy even the extra bed was very comfort the lightings are perfect and the access to the switches are right behind your head while laying on bed! thanks arts hotel

What a beautiful hotel!!! Great friendly staff too! I was travelling alone in Turkey and needed a place to lay my head for 10 nights, firstly my room! Wow! The bed Wow! And feather pillows too, honestly I had the best sleep super comfy and clean, a real quality hotel which I will definitely book again when I come back to Sisli, very central lots of places to eat, a supermarket just over the road then a large mall about 7 mins walk away. A very safe area too I found myself going out in the late evening for food and felt completely safe. All the staff from reception to doormen and cleaners were all very kind to me and gave me advice when I asked. I had excellent service from Hayri. Thank you for my stay.

El hotel Pera orienta me ha reservado porque ofrece lo que quiero de un hotel durante mis viajes y las comentarios fueron en su favor. Me preocupaba mi elección, pero cuando fui a Estambul y me quedé allí, me sentí obligado a compartir mi propia experiencia, que era totalmente diferente y absolutamente fantástico! El mejor hotel en el mejor lugar.

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

En primer lugar, quiero agradecer a Eren, el joven que trabaja en el hotel, por ser tan amable y servicial durante nuestra estancia. El hotel está muy céntrico, en el casco antiguo, y hay muchos bares y restaurantes para elegir. Todo está muy limpio y es moderno. También hay un buen gimnasio. En general, es un buen hotel por el precio.

Good location, right at Kadikoy centre where the action is, yet away from the crowds. Sound proofing to outdoor activities very good, so even the clothes vendors downstairs noises are not heard within the room. Staff very friendly and I got free upgrade to a balcony room. Room is spacious too with daily cleaning. Will stay here again next visit Istanbul.

Se puede llegar en un tren desde el aeropuerto. La habitación estaba limpia y era pequeña, pero estaba sola, así que estaba bien. Es demasiado pequeño para 2 personas. Hay una caminata de 5 minutos desde la estación hasta el hotel, pero si tomas la escalera mecánica equivocada para subir al suelo, estarás lejos del hotel, así que asegúrate de verificar cuidadosamente antes de subir por la escalera mecánica. No hay muchos restaurantes alrededor, por lo que es recomendable para quienes se dirigen al aeropuerto temprano por la mañana o llegan tarde por la noche y buscan un hotel.
