About 500 feet from the front of the house, at the end of the street, you will find a small private beach for you to use. Bring a beach chair for a day in the sun, or enjoy an amazing sunset over Waquiot Bay at night. In the partially fenced in back yard, you will find a BBQ grill and table to enjoy a meal outside on those warm summer days.This newly furnished cottage has a comfortable open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings. The full kitchen includes all the utensils and appliances for cooking a delicious meal. The living room includes a large sectional couch for watching TV or conversing with the family. The 55 inch smart HD TV has Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon built in for your convenience. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The island is 1 and1/2 miles long, making it great for a walk or a bike ride where you can take in the views of wildlife and beautiful homes. South Cape Beach(3.5 miles), Mashpee Commons(2.5 miles), New Seabury(2 miles), and Popponessett Market Place are just a few places that are a short drive from the home. Falmouth center(15 minutes) and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard are also located close by.~Getting Around~The cottage includes parking for 2 cars as you will need to drive most places. Uber and Lyft are also good inexpensive options. There are a few taxi companies that service the area as well.
