The downstairs also has a half bathroom that has been completely updated, and a dining room and living room with beautiful, matching furniture including a new sofa and loveseat for 2025. The back porch features both new windows with sliders and recently added furniture, and comes complete with a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights! The upstairs has also undergone significant upgrades featuring a renovated master bath with a large gorgeous new custom shower and double sinks! This is a 7th floor condo in the oceanfront portion of the award winning Sea Colony resort (Farragut House). There are fabulous views from your balcony overlooking the surf, sand, pool, and promenade.In the condo you are high above it all, ensconced in a well-furnished bungalow with a forever view of the ocean. Just sit back and relax on the balcony and listen to the waves with a glass of wine. Or take the elevator and a short walk past the pool to get to the beach. The kitchen was completely renovated in March 2014. The remodel included new granite counters, new cabinets, a new washer/dryer, new microwave, and new refrigerator.
