«The room was beautiful, the location was stunning and it was a reasonable price. However, I do not recommend walking to and from the accomodation early in the morning or late at night as dogs are quite agressive and harass any passers by on the main road. For most people getting a scooter this wont be a problem, but if you have an early or late arrival into Pai then this is worth considering. The room was cleaned during our stay, it wasnt needed but would of been nice .»

«На территории красивые виды и сама территория хорошо обустроена. Удобная парковка (даже если вы на автомобиле). На байке рукой подать до 7/11 и центра города. Проживал в трейлере. Ночами было холодновато. А днём если не включать кондиционер то очень жарко(кондиционер был и исправно работал). В целом приятный, достаточно большой и удобный трейлер. Путь до трейлеров проходит через подвесной мост, атмосферно. Бассейна не было. На ресепшене живут славные кошечки, обожал гладить их проходя мимо»

En cuanto a la habitación, era estupenda, pero había dos cosas que no eran muy buenas. 1. El agua de la ducha no calentaba mucho y estaba tibia. 2. El acabado de la habitación no es bueno, las paredes no están bien enyesadas ni pintadas, el suelo es en parte de hormigón y hay tuberías por toda la habitación. En cuanto al complejo, era precioso, con una preciosa piscina y jardín.»

«Pai Vintage Garden Resort truly impressed me with its delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. My stay in one of their bungalows was fantastic; the air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and I was especially pleased with the excellent water pressure and reliable hot water in the bathroom – such a luxury after a day of exploring! Everything felt exceptionally clean, from the common areas to my room, which was tidied daily – a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. For those of us who need to stay connected, the stable internet at a speedy 40 Mbps was a huge plus. Breakfast was a daily highlight, offering a great selection of different options to start the day right. While the resort itself is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, you're not too far from the action. A 7-Eleven is just a 7-11 minute walk away, and the main city center is about a 20-30 minute stroll. What really stood out was the very friendly service from the staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.»

«Excelente por el precio. La ubicación era excelente, con buenas vistas desde las habitaciones y el resto del complejo, aunque no es difícil alojarse en la hermosa Pai. El personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a llevarte al centro de Pai para recoger tu moto alquilada. Al final, tuvimos que pagar una pequeña tarifa de 100 THB por los traslados; teníamos tres opciones de transporte; lo pagamos con gusto. La habitación estaba limpia y nos entregaban toallas y agua limpias a diario. ¡Muy recomendable!»

WWai hongOur stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference.

The bungalows are spread across the landscaped terraces, separated by flowering trees and fish ponds. The resort sits among the rice fields of the Pai River valley, with views of mountain ranges on two sides. The setting is peaceful -- with the sounds of tree frogs, wild birds, geckos and the occasional farm animal providing a natural orchestra. The new owner, Vanda, is a fantastic hostess and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have the information you need to make the most out of Pai's many attractions. In Jan 2023 the resort installed new, spring mattresses and upgraded internet service and wifi technology to the best available in Thailand. The free, high-speed wifi service is available resort-wide, making the Pond Terrace a perfect shared workspace for digital nomads and those traveling for work. The breakfast options (included in the price) included Muesli with yogurt or honey, French Toast, or full American Breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit from local farms is included with each. Finally, the coffee options included American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte made from freshly ground coffee beans from northern Thailand. We have lived and travelled in Thailand for 8 years. This resort ticks all the boxes! We will return--often!

The location is great, yet the walk into town is not as nice due to no boardwalk - you’re basically just walking on the street. A shuttle service would be available tough. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. And we had a very well behaved cat visit us on the porch which was very nice :)

BBells on the roadMuy bueno para permanecer. Muy limpio y la zona de piscina es pequeña pero agradable. Las habitaciones están bien dispuestas y tiene todo lo que necesita. Nosotros cambiamos las habitaciones porque las paredes son muy finas y el ruido de las habitaciones arriba y a la vez tenía familias ruidosas. El desayuno fue bueno con una excelente selección.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I caused some problems by inadvertently leaving with the wrong luggage (long story; it was an accident but mostly my fault, and they were very gracious about helping to find a solution). I appreciated the comfortable bed, seating area for doing some work, and hot, clean shower. A couple of things to note: there is some noise that will be unavoidable at any of the riverfront properties. I could hear people walking across the bridge and something involving a man speaking on a microphone that seemed to happen regularly. There were also some tiny ants around, not really a problem but something to be aware of if you bring food into the room. I would still happily stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

SSilverfootI stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube.

El personal amable, la ubicación tranquila y el desayuno variado quedarán grabados en mi memoria. Veo margen de mejora en el mantenimiento y la renovación de todo el complejo. Las habitaciones podrían estar mejor protegidas contra insectos. Estuvimos aquí hace 14 años para visitar la playa y no ha cambiado mucho desde entonces. En general, la relación calidad-precio es buena.
