«El hotel era bueno. La única cuestión que tenía era que la televisión en mi habitación se rompe antes de que me inspeccioné. Tuve que informar inmediatamente para evitar ser cobrado. En general, es un buen hotel, pero sólo tenga cuidado de que se encuentra en una escalera muy estrecho, por lo que se hace un gran esfuerzo para volver y salir al centro de la ciudad. La comida es excelente. Recomendaría el spa de masaje. ¡Debemos probar!!»

«We stayed here for three nights to attend our annual retreat and I give it a good rating due to the following: 1. Clean and big rooms and toilet and bath 2. Good variety in food served during buffet bfast especially during weekends, including the free flowing coffee.  However, on weekdays, there is a noticeable difference (fewer selections but still acceptable) and no more free flowing coffee and have to order. 3. Rooms are being cleaned regularly and amenities being replenished. 4. Staff are friendly and accommodating, including the guards who have been helpful when looking for taxi. 5. Lots of parking space  6. Spacious and clean lobby and toilets  7. Beautiful facade  8. Looks safe since a patrol car can be found in front of the hotel 9. Near Victoria Bakeshop and nearby shops and cafes Only distraction is the noise on the road even during night and early morning.  Can still be heard even at the 8th floor.  Also lack of pedestrian crossing so this prevented me from walking towards the direction going to Victory Liner.   Generally, price is just right.»

«El hotel estuvo bien. La experiencia no fue tan buena. La habitación estaba limpia y bonita cuando llegamos, tal como se esperaba. Fue suficiente para que nuestra familia de 4 pasara la noche. La vista desde el balcón también era buena. Hubo algunos problemas. Primero, el wifi; no hubo conexión durante toda la estancia. La ducha no tenía puerta, así que el baño se mojaba cada vez que alguien se bañaba. El desayuno fue regular. El aparcamiento es un rollo. Había plazas limitadas y había que aparcar los coches. Si eras el primero en aparcar, los demás huéspedes tenían que bloquearte. Si necesitabas irte, tenían que llamar primero al propietario para que pudiera mover el coche. No era bueno si querías descansar y relajarte. Sin embargo, la ubicación era excelente. A un par de minutos en coche del centro.»

«We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. «I stayed at Azalea Residences Baguio and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, despite the hotel having a good and convenient location in Baguio. The first issue happened during check-in. I was initially assigned a room that was not yet ready. I went up only to find that the room was still being prepared. I went back down to the front desk hoping they would immediately give me another available room. Instead, I was told that the room was ready but just needed to be checked by a supervisor. Since it was taking time, I decided to just go out and have lunch. When I came back, they eventually gave me a different room, which honestly could have been done from the start. When I finally got to the room, the cleanliness was questionable. There was a water bottle left inside the fridge that likely belonged to the previous guest, and there were shoe marks visible on the tiles, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned. The biggest issue for me was the Wi-Fi. Reliable internet is already a necessity nowadays. While the main connection might be strong, the signal extender or booster in the room appears very weak, causing frequent disconnections. Cellular signal inside the room is also poor, so guests rely heavily on Wi-Fi. Improving the Wi-Fi coverage would greatly improve the stay. In terms of price, the hotel is around the average range for accommodations in Baguio—not particularly cheap but not luxury either. Considering the issues I experienced, there are many Airbnb options and other hotels in Baguio that may offer better value for the price. The location is definitely a plus, but overall the stay did not meet expectations.»

«The place is very convenient—super near the bus station and just below SM Baguio. I love how easy it is to go around the city and reach the places I need to visit. The staff at the reception was very welcoming, and one of the guys even helped me move my things from the room downstairs all the way to the bus station. That was such a thoughtful service, and I really appreciated his help with my heavy luggage. However, the place is currently under construction/renovation, and the room I stayed in had some issues. The toilet floor was wet; even though there was a cover, it still got wet, so I had to wear shoes whenever I used it. There was no towel provided, and I wasn’t sure if I had to request one. Since I only stayed for a few hours, I didn’t need to shower, but when I checked out, the staff asked if no towel was placed in the room, which was a bit surprising 😅. Overall, the location is excellent, and I really like the convenience. They just need to improve the rooms and ensure towels are always provided for guests without needing to request them. P.S. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.»

UUsuario invitado2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

JJay36I had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are incredibly professional. Situated right in the city center, it’s the best choice for a budget-friendly stay near everything. Just be aware that current renovations may cause some noise, and you will need to use a service elevator and pass through the parking lot requiring a short walk to the main road. Overall its a choice.

The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

MMJ FERNWe had a pleasant stay at Selendra-Baguio City Suites during my trip to Baguio. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with basic amenities, including a kitchen, which made the stay feel more like home. The balcony and garden views added a relaxing touch, especially in the cool Baguio weather.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The amenities are fine and the room met expectations. Unfortunately, the guest service needs improvement. We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guest’s account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldn’t be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay.

La cama y la ropa aee limpia y gris ... reservamos en la reina deluxe sólo con ventilador de techo, pero se siente como tu interior de una habitación con aire acondicionado.. el personal es amigable y cool. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada.

UUsuario invitadoLa zona era muy ideal con buena vista. La tripulación también era cortés y acertada. Pero las instalaciones eran pobres, especialmente el baño. También se mencionó que el desayuno era estilo buffet, pero no fue. Fue ”ayudado a buffet” donde la tripulación va a comer para usted. Sólo puedes tener lo que ellos comen. No es un problema para mí, pero espero que hayan hecho una información clara sobre eso. Espero que puedan trabajar en estos temas.

But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
