«初一回來，繼續住乾坤，但是這期間住宿的人多了，沒有升級，住的是六層，（不開心）。如果以後還住，直接選豪華房，多五十元一間房吧，高層還是敞亮不少。感覺房間不如高層暖和，温度上不去，打電話找了前台，很快客服的工程人員就來了，排查了是否開了窗户，又幫調了空調面板，還特認真講了原理，在冬天必須把温度調到最高啥啥啥的，對孝感人印象加分不少，認真不敷衍，後果然室內温度合適了。還有，地下停車場車位充足，車位比較寬，不扣扣搜搜的，停着方便。另，這期間，兩次入住，和前台接觸不少，總是一瘦臉的比較白的小姑娘連續在崗值班，業務熟練，態度也好，替房客着想，給人印象不錯，值得表揚，但不知道叫啥名字。總之，應該再來孝感，還是考慮住乾坤國際，雖然在東城區，但離老城區不遠，主要是軟硬件都不錯了，服務很重要，得大氣。»
