Anoche, ayudó a lavar y secar la ropa de los huéspedes hasta las 3:00 a. m., aunque debía salir del trabajo a las 2:00 a. m., pero al ver que más de una docena de huéspedes seguían sin lavar, fue muy responsable. As a non-Chinese speaking guest, I was a little nervous at first, but the team went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease. Their cheerful smiles and genuine warmth were so heartwarming. What touched me the most? They constantly checked on my fiancée, who is vegetarian, making sure she had wonderful options at every meal. Seeing that level of care for her meant the world to me. They even carried my heavy luggage to the room❤️
Activities (both paid and free):
They have horseback riding with the on-site coach – highly recommend (yes, it's a paid service). For free activities, there’s a giant swing (reminiscent of the one in Kalajun Grassland), archery, and the most beautiful, calm animals: two incredibly cute lambs, a cow, several horses, and the sweetest little dog who will greet you. If you’re nervous around animals, don’t worry – they are the chillest, calmest creatures and will only approach if you call them.
Food: 10/10. My fiancée said it was the best meal she had in all of Xinjiang. Cooked by the wonderful Ah Po and Ah Gong, every dish felt like a loving home-cooked meal made by grandparents. There’s also an adorable cafe hut (though we didn’t get coffee – we were too busy being in awe of everything around us).
Room standards: This is where they truly shine. Air conditioning, heater, soft comfy bed, overhead curtains to open or close for stargazing, fridge, hairdryer, lighted mirror, heated toilet – and spotlessly clean. We slept like a baby.
And finally… stargazing.
This is exactly why I chose this place. We stayed up until 3 AM, completely mesmerized by a sky full of stars like I’ve never seen before. I’ll let the photos I uploaded do the talking. 😁 (I have added the settings I used on iPhone to take the photos, bring a stand and on night mode:30s with exposure adjustment and ProRAW turned on)

RRakdoiWe had a great stay here at Xinyejian Homestay! The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a radiator and heated bed so we never felt cold at all. The hosts were also friendly, attentive and caring, they responded quickly on WeChat, and helped us arrange for a driver to Qiongkushitai and back to Tekes as we did not drive our own car. They also recommended a very good horseman who brought the horses right to the homestay to begin horse riding to Sunwu Road and Gaoshan Hu. We went in the first week of September and the grass was still green, there are slopes at the back and next to the homestay with occasional grazing sheep, horses and cows to explore. It is at a good location, between the entrance to the back mountains and Qiongkushitai village/ Wusun road, the walk on foot is about 20 minutes each way. The hosts also sent us walking route directions and offered to send us by car to the back mountains, he also picked us up from the village car park on our first day. At night we could see the Milky Way and the stars, and it is very quiet at night. The hosts also prepare a daily breakfast and we ordered a yummy dinner as well on one of our nights there. Would recommend everyone to choose this homestay.

We had our own little courtyard/garden that was really nice to relax in too! The staff, especially 海梅, was really thoughtful when attending to us, providing us with directions and helping us fix some issues we faced with the wifi. Overall, I really recommend 离宫别院to anyone visiting Tekesi!

UUsuario invitadothe whole stay at the homestay was incredible, we really loved it there. The view from the homestay was breathaking, we just want to stay in room and enjoy the view all day long. We really appreciated for the welcoming , friendliness & attention of the hostess. The food was yummy, we never missed any meal there 😆. Although it would be nice if the water from the bathroom sink was hot (I think it will be freezing in the winter), everything else was perfect. I hope I can be back in future.

Cambiamos la primera habitación debido a un baño sucio, pero la reemplaza no fue una mejora importante y menor. El baño japonés también se rompió. El diseño interior claramente no fue hecho por un arquitecto, ya que la manera en que las puertas se bloquean en el baño es hilarante. Además, estaba bien. Lavandería era excelente. UUsuario invitadoThis hotel seems like a new opened one, as we saw some facilities were still not 100% installed. The room was clean and big, and the staff were very friendly n helpful. The location is not close to the town centre but it only costs us ¥5 to take a taxi to go anywhere in the town. The breakfast buffet was yummy, you can also order fresh cooked noodles n wanton. So my family was happy to stay in this hotel during our holiday in Ba Gua city.
