They change towels and bring new toileteries everyday.
Wifi was not working in our room, but we connected to another wifi. Wifi on avarage was working only until 23:00 after that it was not working at all. It shows signal but no connection.
We enjoyed the spacious room and the water kettle to make tea for ourself.
Shower and toilet is separate! Very good feature.
The room was hot even when the weather was extra cold outside -15°C.
Breakfast is ok for Chinese standard. Foreigner friends, I suggest skipping breakfast. It is noodles, rice and stuff that you eat for lunch 🤣 there was also eggs , pickles and dumpling (without any filling), and some kind of yellow porrige. Only machine coffee no tea, just soy milk.»

剛進門就被前台的熱情服務打動了，前台小姐姐全程微笑接待，態度親切又周到主動詢問有沒有特殊需求，聽到小姐姐暖心的問好一路自駕的疲憊感瞬間就消散了。安保人員也特別貼心，主動幫忙指引停車位置，而且酒店的免費停車場車位充足，對我們自駕出行的遊客來説太友好了。
酒店大廳豪華大氣，格調滿滿，公共區域整潔敞亮乾淨，一踏入就覺得很舒心。房間裏的細節更是讓人驚喜，專門配備了直飲機和取水台，隨時都能喝到乾淨的温水，特別方便。房間的衞生打掃得一塵不染，從床鋪到衞浴都乾乾淨淨，住着特別安心。還有特別大的電視，愛看劇的對我來説很好的選擇.
酒店的配套設施也很完善：健身房空間寬敞，各類器材齊全，不管是日常鍛鍊還是運動放鬆都能滿足；洗衣房裡有多台洗衣機，還配備了烘乾機，出門旅行再也不用為洗衣服、晾衣服發愁。早餐的種類也非常豐富，味道在線，能吃到滿滿元氣的一餐。

HHeisenberg-Urc這次來克拉瑪依最明智的決定就是定了這家酒店。一進房間就覺得很舒服，整個屋子特別通透，採光巨好，而且衞生做得是真乾淨，死角都摸不到灰，床單被褥也親膚。最喜歡的就是窗外河景，晚上可以直接看音樂噴泉⛲️，視野開闊得不行，哪怕在房間裏發呆看風景都覺得值了。
對經常出門在外的人來説，酒店配套簡直太給力。洗衣房裡洗烘設施配得很全，洗衣機特別好用，衣服洗完烘出來就能直接穿，省了大心。健身房也很不錯，器械挺新的也乾淨，早晨健身房跑個步出出汗，晚上河邊溜溜彎，整個人都很鬆弛。
還有早餐真的太豐盛了，大清早過去全是熱氣騰騰的，不僅本地特色的清湯麪、油條很爽口，還有南方的米線熱乎紮實，連小泡菜和咖啡品質都很好，連着吃都不會膩。
前台小夥到客房大姐人都特別和善，服務和硬件真沒什麼可挑剔的。以後來克拉瑪依妥妥的就住這家了，真心推薦！
