El personal fue amable y la habitación cómoda. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y un parque perfecto para pasear no está lejos. Un aspecto donde el hotel podría mejorar la prohibición de fumar en las zonas comunes es este: era el único hotel en Xinjiang donde se permitía fumar en el vestíbulo. Si viaja con niños, le llevarán a toda prisa a su habitación en cuanto entre en el vestíbulo y huela a cigarrillo.

北疆自駕中途在克拉瑪依落腳，選了這家鼎泰酒店，整體體驗超出預期。酒店就在一號井大油泡旁邊，地理位置絕佳，出門就能打卡地標，去往魔鬼城的主幹道很近，出行特別方便。門口自帶免費停車位，自駕停車毫無壓力。 前台辦理入住高效快捷，服務熱情有禮貌。客房是全屋智能，語音控制燈光窗簾，設施嶄新。房間空間寬敞，衞生做得很細緻，床品乾爽柔軟，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水穩定充足。夜裡很安靜，長途趕路能踏踏實實睡個好覺。 整體性價比很高，不管是旅遊中轉還是商務出行都合適，下次來克拉瑪依還會繼續住這裏

Great location, lots of food options nearby. The hotel reception has been very helpful and accommodated a lot of requests we had. You can do your laundry here as well although may need to queue for a while as there are only 2 sets of washing machines and dryer. Overall had great stay here.

Had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is new and very well maintained. It is attached to a beautifully decorated and elegant restaurant wit local design, local music and excellent food and service. Best of all were the two girls behind the front desk that went out of their way to help me booking taxis to the park and arranging transportation to Burqin. It is not so easy for foreigners to figure out transportation options around this part of Xinjiang and they went out of their way to help me and were very kind at all times. While I was at the Devil city park there was a big Sandstorm for about 15 minutes and she even sent me a message to make sure I was okay and to be careful! Really excellent customer service! Thank you!

We are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

新疆伊犁第二個酒店，從烏魯木齊s101一路到達酒店，到達時間大概是晚上8點左右，天還很亮，酒店的位置在於獨庫公路起點附近，對面就是個夜市，也有充電站，路面很寬。 停車位很充足。酒店整體上很乾凈，床品也很乾凈。屋子也很大。洗浴和衞生間水流很充足。 服務也是有求必應，周邊能吃飯的地方很多，這邊還可以租共享電動自行車。開車大概10分鐘吧，不到就可以到達明珠夜市。 雖然衹住一宿，但是整體上都還不錯，就屬於連鎖酒店中等水平。 但第二天退房時候出現了一個極大的敗筆，就是沒有水了，什麼水都沒有了，並且不知道什麼時間能夠好，衹能要的礦泉水，簡單洗漱還好，廁所沒有人大便，否則的話尷尬了。

Hotel is at Dushanzi and a bit far from Kuitun railway station Surrounding area is nothing but there is restaurant providing for breakfast lunch and dinner with reasonable price . This hotel is suitable for any traveler with car to Duqu Highway with plenty space for parking
