«My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.

MM11840****第一次遇到性價比這麼好的民宿，在這裏不得不説民宿的Boss真的是難得一遇的好老闆，他的貼心和無微不至能夠體現在任何的細節，尤其是的對待孩子，甚至超越我們做父母的耐性。由於國慶高鐵票緊張，我們一直無法搶到合適的票，去郴州的計劃變得很侷促，不管是下高鐵去民宿還是第二天回程去高鐵的問題，讓我很是焦慮，但是民宿的老闆想得非常周到，提前聯繫我們，瞭解我們的情況並且給予我們最好的服務安排。第一天下高鐵，湖南的天氣很炎熱，我們一家四口在高鐵站等車好久，導致孩子差點中暑，我難免開始心情煩躁，聯繫了民宿老闆後，及時為我們一家四口調整了安排，讓司機多安撫我們心情，幸好路上沒有堵車，能夠一直開到民宿（因為國慶仰天湖有一段路是交通限制需要坐公交車進去），不敢想象要是沒有老闆的細心安排，我們一家四口還真不知道怎麼進去。一個小時的路程到了民宿，終於見到老闆，熱心準備了午餐（食材是民宿老闆菜園親自種植，而且還親自幫我們準備好房間，告訴我們行程安排和去往仰天湖的來回都是老闆親自接送，吃完飯老闆還帶我們小孩到處觀光，讓孩子接觸到大自然。午休後親自送我們去仰天湖，還貼心告訴我們遊玩結束後告訴他來接我們，還告訴我們注意事項。雖然衹是短短的一天遊玩，但是老闆服務太太周到了，100分，包辦我們全家的所有吃飯問題，還特意給孩子們燃放了煙花（因為仰天湖太晚放了）所以老闆為了不讓孩子們失望，很是給力哦！太感動了！第二天我們要甘7：00的高鐵票，老闆特意5：00起來為我們做早餐和送我們去高鐵站，路上擔心我們吃不好還買了湖南的早點，情緒價值拉的滿滿的，還一路告訴我們湖南的景點特色，我們以後一定會再來的。來郴州的孩子們，放心沖，老闆真的很好。值得一提，民宿房間超級乾淨，我有潔癖，他家連拖鞋都是一次性的塑膠拖鞋，絕對不是循環再用，還有小童拖鞋。民宿的周邊還有河流小溪可以玩耍，樓下還有零食購買，非常方便。由於時間倉促，沒有仔細拍房間，但是超級棒的房間。

Desde que el tren de alta velocidad llegó al mediodía, el hotel se ocupó de una gran cantidad de procedimientos de salida y limpieza de la habitación. Sin embargo, la señora del servicio de check-in, Alice, en la recepción nos vio con nuestro bebé y nos ayudó apresuradamente a entrar. Nos registramos y mejoramos nuestro tipo de habitación. ¡Regalamos frutas de bienvenida, refrigerios saludables para bebés y pequeños juguetes del Día Nacional de los pandas! ¡Estos pequeños y cálidos detalles hicieron desaparecer nuestra fatiga de viaje! Al realizar el check out, como nos resultó muy difícil levantarnos temprano e ir a los lugares pintorescos, también brindamos un servicio de check-out tardío para que pudiéramos tener tiempo suficiente para descansar y empacar nuestro equipaje. Si vienes a Chenzhou, ¡te recomendamos primero el Hilton Garden Inn!

De lo contrario, está en medio de ningún lugar, así que asegúrate de almacenar sus snacks antes de venir. Su estación de tren, a 22 km, me costó un taxi de 70mb para llegar aquí, a 10 km de la zona del lago.
Los propietarios fueron amables y amables, ofreciendo ayuda a traer mi equipaje arriba y abajo, también me ofreció nudo gratis para el desayuno.
La distancia de caminar es menos de 1 km, pero tendrá que cruzar la carretera al otro lado antes de caminar.
En general, fue una experiencia agradable.

UUsuario invitadoI booked so called 2 “Suxian rooms” with courtyard views, but apparently assigned two regular rooms for three nights without rates adjustment. The rooms smelled smoke and the carpet is old. It would make it better if the air conditioning was turned on for the wet, humid and warm days, even in the late March - early April. It was hard to get a good sleep.
The food service was great. The hotel maids are very nice and helpful. We get help from them for laundry while being away touring. They even returned money found in the pocket!
I like the hotel for its name and location close to Mt. Suxianling and I hope that some good changes will happen in the future and make the stay of guests much more enjoyable.

KKenny K.Pros-No lejos de la estación de tren Chenzhou, dos autobuses parados por los autobuses públicos y caminó a unos 350 metros para llegar al hotel. Llegamos a la estación de tren de alta velocidad de Chenzhou Occidental (que está lejos del centro de la ciudad) de Guangzhou y hay autobuses públicos regulares que navegan por la ruta entre las dos estaciones. El transporte entre el hotel es fácil y barato con dos Yuan bus por persona.

Más tarde, descubrí que ella solo respondió las palabras de los hombres. ¡Y ella se quedó un poco sin palabras! Los otros camareros tuvieron muy buena actitud y respondieron rápidamente.
Aguas termales ilimitadas para dos personas: tengo que elogiar las aguas termales ilimitadas. ¡Es tan cómodo sumergirse en las aguas termales con el clima actual!
