El chico de la recepción fue grosero y me cobraron un depósito de 50 libras sin que me lo advirtieran antes.

El personal del hotel es amable, las instalaciones del hotel son completas, limpias y es una residencia con muy buenos servicios. El desayuno es delicioso y delicioso. Ayer me hospedé por primera vez y me sentí bien, y me quedé un día más. Aunque solo hay estaciones de tren y autobuses cerca, hay muchos estacionamientos y no hay atracciones, pero hay muchos. restaurantes

Carpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting 🤮 Words can’t even describe how dirty it was. You could catch covid just breathing the air in there. Filthy place. Dirty bedding, stains on the wall, toe nails on the floor. The list goes on.

Made a booking with them for the 2023 easter weekend as we were attending a 4 day event in London. Booked it early to assure we could attend, and it the time I made the booking they carried out a card check, they actually ended up doing this 3 times over the period i had the booking, the first taking £76.50 just after i booked (I had chosen the book now, pay on the day, so i was surprised at this) 2 months before the event they did the same again, all cleared. 2 weeks after that they said my card was invalid, with insurficent funds (It wasn't), and had 23 hours to sort it, so I put my credit card information in (plenty of available credit), they rejected it say invalid car (it wasn't), so i checked the details and they were correct. The next day THEY cancelled the booking!! Leaving me without a hotel for the event, as everywhere was booked up. I'm sure they realised there was an event on after taking the booking, and wanted to resell it at twice the price. PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL, as these are untrustworthy, and WILL leave you in a bed situtation. They don't answer messages when you ask them either!! Fraudsters and charlatons!! (I didn't actually go in March, but had to choose that to get on here and warn people!)

After checking out immediately out of a budget hotel, this place was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The number one plus for this hotel is the location. A lot of restaurants around and 10 minute walk from Ilford Station. Overall, great place.

Booking online straight forward. The receptionist who booked us in was most helpful and efficient. Even though we were on the2nd floor facing road we slept well with no disturbance. Room was clean and well appointed. Will use again without hesitation.

Stayed there for 1 night, and I was surprised what I get for the price I paid. Nice view from the terrace, specious room and excellent staff members. Bonus of free Wi-Fi in the room which is important for my work. definitely coming back once in the area.

Well we're do I start. Location is on busy, noisy high street. Receptionist only interested in mobile phone. Hallways are filthy and smell of damp. Room was the most dirtiest and smallest room I have ever stopped in. Carpet was filthy and freying in all the corners. Walls were dirty & stained with god knows what. The bed was the most dirtiest and uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Springs in your back constantly and only get 1 thin cushion. How they can justify letting people sleep on them I don't know. Would be better sleeping on the floor tbh. Bathroom was dirty with mould in the shower and floor not been cleaned in months by the looks of it. Avoid at all costs!!!
