Our recent stay at Hotel ***ohar on January 10, 2024, was a regrettable experience that I feel compelled to share. As a group of seven, including two senior citizens and a seven-year-old child, we were met with disappointment from the start. The hotel staff displayed an alarming lack of enthusiasm and a pervasive sense of frustration, with only a few exceptions from the kitchen and front desk. However, their efforts couldn't co****sate for the evident dissatisfaction that permeated the establishment. The most glaring issue was the deplorable state of our rooms—unacceptably dirty and lacking basic hygiene. This discrepancy between the promised five-star service and the reality of our stay is disconcerting. I implore the Tourism Ministry to investigate and address these issues promptly. Until Hotel ***ohar undergoes significant improvements, I strongly advise against considering it for accommodation. The misleading allure of a five-star experience is merely a façade, concealing a disappointing reality that potential guests deserve to know.
